一、中心簡介

首都醫(yī)學(xué)科學(xué)創(chuàng)新中心（簡稱創(chuàng)新中心）是北京市新成立的具有獨立法人資格的新型研發(fā)機(jī)構(gòu)。創(chuàng)新中心以推動醫(yī)學(xué)科學(xué)發(fā)展、改善人類健康為目標(biāo)，開展生物醫(yī)學(xué)研究，致力于提升醫(yī)學(xué)科學(xué)創(chuàng)新與成果轉(zhuǎn)化能力，提高疾病診斷和治療水平。我們將匯聚世界高水平科學(xué)家及其科研團(tuán)隊，與首都醫(yī)學(xué)教育和科學(xué)研究優(yōu)質(zhì)資源緊密合作，打造多學(xué)科交叉融合的科研平臺，綜合自由探索、醫(yī)學(xué)目標(biāo)導(dǎo)向、有組織科研等途徑，實踐新型科研模式和體制機(jī)制，逐步推進(jìn)醫(yī)教研產(chǎn)的深度融合，培養(yǎng)適應(yīng)醫(yī)學(xué)科學(xué)創(chuàng)新發(fā)展的優(yōu)秀人才。

二、實驗室介紹

黃亞平博士于2013年和2018年分別在武漢大學(xué)和清華大學(xué)獲得學(xué)士和博士學(xué)位，之后在美國德克薩斯大學(xué)西南醫(yī)學(xué)中心（UT Southwestern Medical Center）從事博士后研究，并于近日加入首都醫(yī)學(xué)科學(xué)創(chuàng)新中心（CIMR）創(chuàng)建獨立實驗室。實驗室將主要研究一類熱休克蛋白（也叫分子伴侶）HSP40家族的重要生理學(xué)功能，尤其在維持基因組穩(wěn)定性、天然免疫和糖代謝等途徑中的功能和作用機(jī)制，及其在腫瘤、自體免疫疾病和代謝疾病中的作用。

三、實驗室研究方向

本實驗室將綜合利用傳統(tǒng)生物化學(xué)和細(xì)胞生物學(xué)、蛋白質(zhì)組學(xué)、結(jié)構(gòu)生物學(xué)、代謝組學(xué)、高通量篩選以及小鼠模型等手段，開展以下研究：

解析HSP40家族在DNA損傷修復(fù)、天然免疫及糖代謝等重要生理學(xué)過程中的作用和機(jī)制；

探究HSP40在腫瘤、自體免疫疾病和代謝疾病等人類復(fù)雜疾病發(fā)生發(fā)展和治療中的作用；

開發(fā)基于HSP40的抗腫瘤、抗感染藥物和方法。

02【博士后】

1）主要職責(zé)

4. 具備獨立開展科研工作、指導(dǎo)研究生的能力，科學(xué)態(tài)度嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)；

5. 具備流利的英語讀寫和日常交流能力，能夠使用英文撰寫論文。

Laboratory Introduction

The Huang laboratory at CIMR is interested in identifying the fundamental physiological functions of heat shock protein 40s (HSP40s) in critical biological pathways including genome maintenance, innate immunity and glucose metabolism, and their implications in pathogenesis of human diseases, such as cancer, autoimmune disease and metabolic disorder.  

A.Major Research Projects

a. Decoding the functions and functional mechanisms of HSP40 in critical biological pathways including genome maintenance, innate immunity and glucose metabolism.

b. Exploring the functions of HSP40 in the pathology and treatment of human disease, such as cancer, autoimmune disease and metabolic disorder.

c. Developing HSP40-based therapeutics for human diseases.

Open Positions

Research assistant investigator

Main Responsibilities

a. Conducting research projects independently.

b. Assisting PI to mentor graduate students, write grant proposals and manuscripts.

Qualifications

a. Backgrounds in cancer biology, biochemistry (biochemistry and structural biology of proteins preferred), cell biology, molecular biology, immunology, or other related biomedical fields. A Ph.D degree and at least two years of postdoc experience is required.

b. Published research papers as the first author in reputable journals in the field.

c. Strong research experience in molecular biology, biochemistry, cell biology and/or mouse studies.

d. Self-motivated and independent researcher capable of independently conducting scientific research and assisting to supervise graduate students.

e. Proficient in English reading, writing, and daily communication. Capable of writing papers in English.

Postdoctoral Researcher

Main Responsibilities
