一、中心簡(jiǎn)介
首都醫(yī)學(xué)科學(xué)創(chuàng)新中心（簡(jiǎn)稱創(chuàng)新中心）是北京市新成立的具有獨(dú)立法人資格的新型研發(fā)機(jī)構(gòu)。創(chuàng)新中心以推動(dòng)醫(yī)學(xué)科學(xué)發(fā)展、改善人類健康為目標(biāo)，開展生物醫(yī)學(xué)研究，致力于提升醫(yī)學(xué)科學(xué)創(chuàng)新與成果轉(zhuǎn)化能力，提高疾病診斷和治療水平。我們將匯聚世界高水平科學(xué)家及其科研團(tuán)隊(duì)，與首都醫(yī)學(xué)教育和科學(xué)研究?jī)?yōu)質(zhì)資源緊密合作，打造多學(xué)科交叉融合的科研平臺(tái)，綜合自由探索、醫(yī)學(xué)目標(biāo)導(dǎo)向、有組織科研等途徑，實(shí)踐新型科研模式和體制機(jī)制，逐步推進(jìn)醫(yī)教研產(chǎn)的深度融合，培養(yǎng)適應(yīng)醫(yī)學(xué)科學(xué)創(chuàng)新發(fā)展的優(yōu)秀人才。
二、實(shí)驗(yàn)室介紹
郭鵬飛研究員先后在江南大學(xué)、北京大學(xué)/北京生命科學(xué)研究所獲得學(xué)士
三、實(shí)驗(yàn)室研究方向
實(shí)驗(yàn)室將綜合利用各類模式生物系統(tǒng)，結(jié)合功能基因組篩選、細(xì)胞生物學(xué)、蛋白質(zhì)組學(xué)、單細(xì)胞測(cè)序、代謝組學(xué)、生物信息學(xué)等手段開展以下課題研究：
1.通過全基因組篩選，鑒定調(diào)控組織生長(zhǎng)和器官大小的關(guān)鍵基因，揭示器官發(fā)育和組織再生背后的遺傳網(wǎng)絡(luò)和信號(hào)通路。
2.研究組織力學(xué)在調(diào)控組織生長(zhǎng)中的作用，特別是機(jī)械力和組織的機(jī)械性質(zhì)如何影響細(xì)胞行為。此外，我們還研究腫瘤微環(huán)境的力學(xué)特性如何影響腫瘤生長(zhǎng)和免疫反應(yīng)。
3.研究Hippo信號(hào)通路在正常發(fā)育過程中的作用及其失調(diào)如何導(dǎo)致先天性發(fā)育疾病，特別是神經(jīng)發(fā)育疾病。

五、崗位信息
01科研助理
1）主要職責(zé)
1.獨(dú)立或協(xié)助團(tuán)隊(duì)開展課題研究；
2.管理和維護(hù)實(shí)驗(yàn)室日常工作和行政事務(wù)。
2）任職要求
1.大學(xué)本科學(xué)歷及以上，生物學(xué)、基礎(chǔ)醫(yī)學(xué)等相關(guān)專業(yè)；
2.掌握常規(guī)分子克隆、細(xì)胞培養(yǎng)或動(dòng)物實(shí)驗(yàn)的操作及原理，有實(shí)驗(yàn)室研究工作經(jīng)歷優(yōu)先；

02博士后
1）主要職責(zé)
1.在課題組長(zhǎng)指導(dǎo)下獨(dú)立開展研究工作；
2.協(xié)助指導(dǎo)研究生工作以及撰寫論文或基金申請(qǐng)。
2）任職要求
1.具有生命科學(xué)或其他相關(guān)生物醫(yī)學(xué)領(lǐng)域的研究背景，即將獲得博士學(xué)位或已獲得博士學(xué)位（原則上不超過2年）；
2.有小鼠腫瘤模型、發(fā)育生物學(xué)、全基因組CRISPR篩選或生物信息學(xué)背景者優(yōu)先考慮；
3.以第一作者身份在領(lǐng)域內(nèi)主流期刊上發(fā)表過或即將發(fā)表研究論文，能夠獨(dú)立開展研究工作，具有科研熱情和嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)?shù)目蒲袘B(tài)度；
4.具備良好的英語(yǔ)讀寫和日常交流能力，能夠使用英文撰寫論文。

Laboratory Introduction
The Guo laboratory at CIMR works on uncovering the molecular and genetic mechanisms that regulate tissue growth and organ size control, as well as understanding how dysregulation of these processes contributes to human diseases.
Major Research Projects
The Guo lab will use various model systems and integrate cutting-edge techniques in genetics, cell biology, and bioinformatic, with the aims of elucidating fundamental biological principles and identifying novel pathways involved in disease pathogenesis.
a.Conducting genome-wide screening in Drosophila and mouse models to identify key genes that regulate tissue growth and organ size.
b.Investigating the role of tissue mechanics in regulating tissue growth and how physical forces and mechanical properties influence cellular behavior.Additionally, we explore how the tumor microenvironment’s physical properties affect tumor growth and immune response.
c.Investigating the role of the Hippo signaling pathway in normal developmental processes and how its disruption contributes to congenital developmental diseases, with a particular focus on neurodevelopmental disorders.

Open Positions
Research Assistant
Main Responsibilities
a.Conducting research projects independently or in collaboration with other lab members.
b.Getting involved in lab data analysis and management.
Qualifications
a.B.S or higher degree in biology, basic medical science and other relevant majors is required.
b.Research experience in molecular biology, biochemistry, cell biology and/or mouse studies is preferred.
c.Self-motivated researcher with good communication skill and teamwork ability.
d.Proficient in English reading, writing, and daily communication.
Postdoctoral Researcher
Main Responsibilities
a.Conducting research projects independently.
b.Assisting PI to mentor graduate students, write grant proposals and manuscripts.
Qualifications
a.Backgrounds in biology or biomedical fields.Either about to obtain a Ph.D.or recently obtained a Ph.D.degree (ideally within the last 2 years).
b.Candidates with experience in mouse tumor models, developmental biology, or genome-wide CRISPR screening are preferred.
c.Proven ability to conduct independent research, demonstrated by a first-author publication in a reputable journal in the field (or a paper accepted for publication).
d.Proficient in English reading, writing, and daily communication.Capable of writing papers in English.
