清華大學(xué)前身清華學(xué)堂始建于1911年，是中國最具盛名的大學(xué)之一。清華大學(xué)經(jīng)濟(jì)管理學(xué)院成立于1984年，朱镕基擔(dān)任首任院長。在經(jīng)歷了40載的薪火相傳，清華經(jīng)管學(xué)院在人才培養(yǎng)、科學(xué)研究、社會服務(wù)、文化傳承創(chuàng)新和國際交流合作方面取得了顯著的成果，率先獲得AACSB和EQUIS兩大全球管理教育頂級認(rèn)證，成為國內(nèi)首屈一指的經(jīng)濟(jì)管理學(xué)院。清華經(jīng)管學(xué)院設(shè)有本科、碩士（含MBA和EMBA）及博士學(xué)位項目，在學(xué)學(xué)生近6000人。學(xué)院擁有強(qiáng)大的師資陣容，全職教師約150人。

中國經(jīng)濟(jì)和 管理青年學(xué)者計劃

為進(jìn)一步完善學(xué)院學(xué)科和人才布局，加強(qiáng)對中國經(jīng)濟(jì)管理理論與實(shí)踐的系統(tǒng)研究，加大優(yōu)秀青年人才的引進(jìn)和培養(yǎng)力度，在學(xué)校政策的支持下，清華大學(xué)經(jīng)濟(jì)管理學(xué)院正式啟動“中國經(jīng)濟(jì)管理青年學(xué)者計劃”。該計劃將部分博士后研究人員納入科研團(tuán)隊建設(shè)，加強(qiáng)其研究和教學(xué)能力培養(yǎng)，為其將來從事高等學(xué)校教職做準(zhǔn)備。這項人事管理制度是青年人才培養(yǎng)、未來師資儲備與博士后培養(yǎng)制度的有機(jī)結(jié)合。按照高水平學(xué)術(shù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)遴選，錄取后的青年學(xué)者按照博士后研究人員辦理入職手續(xù)，享受學(xué)院對青年教師的全方位資源支撐和專門的職業(yè)培養(yǎng)路徑。

In order to strengthen the research on Chinese economy and management and further build up its world-class faculty, Tsinghua SEM officially launched the "Chinese Economy and Management Young Scholars Program" with the support of Tsinghua University. The program will enroll postdoctoral researchers in the construction of scientific research team, strengthen their research and teaching abilities, and establish a human resource management system that prepares them for teaching in colleges and universities in the future. It is a combination of young talent training, future faculty reserve and post-doctoral training system. Candidates will be selected according to high-level academic standards. Selected young scholars will receive comprehensive support from the school in resources and career development opportunities as junior faculty members.

國（境）內(nèi)外高水平大學(xué)或科研機(jī)構(gòu)的優(yōu)秀博士畢業(yè)生，身心健康，年齡一般在 35 周歲以下，獲得博士學(xué)位一般不超過三年。

A PhD degree from high-level domestic or overseas universities or research institutions within the last three years, under 35 years old, in good physical and mental health.

博士期間專業(yè)為經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)、管理學(xué)、統(tǒng)計學(xué)、計算機(jī)或數(shù)據(jù)科學(xué)等相關(guān)學(xué)科優(yōu)先考慮，在相關(guān)領(lǐng)域有一定可見度的學(xué)術(shù)成果積累，按照高水平學(xué)術(shù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)遴選。具有熟練采用中英文寫作學(xué)術(shù)論文和政策報告的能力，具備較強(qiáng)的學(xué)術(shù)研究和政策研究潛力。

A PhD degree in economics, management, statistics, computer or data science is preferred, and candidates should have accumulated academic achievements with certain visibility in related fields. The selection will be conducted according to high-level academic standards. Proficiency in writing academic papers and policy reports in both Chinese and English, and strong academic and policy research potential are required.

04工作職責(zé)和管理

Responsibilities and Supports

入選后工作職責(zé)以科學(xué)研究為主，并適當(dāng)承擔(dān)教學(xué)輔助任務(wù)。完成學(xué)校和學(xué)院規(guī)定的新教師崗前培訓(xùn)和考核任務(wù)，申請并取得開課資格后，可以考慮單獨(dú)承擔(dān)教學(xué)任務(wù)。

The main responsibilities of the selected candidates are scientific research and appropriate teaching support tasks. After completing the training and assessment modules stipulated by Tsinghua University and obtaining the teaching qualification, they may have opportunities to independently teach a course.

須全職在清華大學(xué)工作，在站期間一般為三年。視個人業(yè)績和工作需要，由本人申請，并通過學(xué)院評定，工作年限可以適當(dāng)延長，延期不超過三年。

Upon entry, selected candidates are required to work full-time at Tsinghua University. The duration of one contract is three years, and can be renewed with a maximum extension of three years depending on the candidate’s performance and discipline requirements.

學(xué)院參照教師崗位的要求，將其納入青年教師培養(yǎng)體系，提供各類教學(xué)技能培訓(xùn)、科研能力提升機(jī)會。

Tsinghua SEM will include the candidates into the training system for junior faculty, and provide various opportunities for teaching skills training and research ability improvement.
