杭州市濱江區(qū)浙醫(yī)二院經(jīng)血管植入器械研究院（以下簡稱為“研究院”），配套我國首個經(jīng)血管植入器械全國重點實驗室，是由浙江大學(xué)、浙江大學(xué)醫(yī)學(xué)院附屬第二醫(yī)院、杭州市濱江區(qū)政府三方支持建設(shè)的民非機(jī)構(gòu)。研究院由浙大二院院長王建安院士領(lǐng)銜，團(tuán)隊聚焦經(jīng)血管植入器械的重大需求，結(jié)合高端植介入醫(yī)療器械產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展趨勢，建立由臨床問題驅(qū)動，醫(yī)學(xué)、工程和信息多學(xué)科聯(lián)動的創(chuàng)新模式，突破新一代經(jīng)血管植介入器械的關(guān)鍵技術(shù)，打造世界一流的經(jīng)血管植入器械研發(fā)、診療中心和人才高地。

TransvascularImplantInstrumentResearchInstitute(TIIRI)isaprivatenon-enterpriseentitysupportedbyZhejiangUniversity,theSecondAffiliatedHospitalZhejiangUniversitySchoolofMedicine(SAHZU),andtheBinjiangDistrictGovernmentofHangzhou.ItisalignedwithChina’sfirstStateKeyLaboratoryofTransvascularImplantationDevices.LedbyAcademicianJian'anWang,PresidentofSAHZU,TIIRIfocusesonaddressingcriticalneedsinthefieldoftransvascularimplantationdevices.Byintegratingclinicalchallengeswithtrendsinadvancedtransvascularimplantationdevices,theinstitutehasestablishedaninnovationmodeldrivenbyclinicalproblemsandsupportedbyinterdisciplinarycollaborationacrossmedicine,engineering,andinformatics.TIIRIaimstobreakthroughkeytechnologiesforthenextgenerationoftransvascularimplantationdevicesandtoestablishitselfasaworld-classcenterforresearch,diagnosis,andtalentdevelopmentinthisfield.

二、招聘崗位

1.主任研究員崗位

申報條件:在海外知名高校、科研機(jī)構(gòu)擔(dān)任相當(dāng)于副教授及以上職務(wù)，或者在國際知名企業(yè)擔(dān)任高級職務(wù)的專業(yè)技術(shù)人才。引進(jìn)后須辭去海外工作或在海外無工作，并全職回國(來華)工作不少于3年。

2.研究員崗位

申報條件:年齡不超過40周歲。一般應(yīng)在海外高校、科研機(jī)構(gòu)、企業(yè)研發(fā)機(jī)構(gòu)獲得正式教學(xué)或者科研職位，且具有連續(xù)36個月以上工作經(jīng)歷;在海外取得博士學(xué)位且業(yè)績特別突出的，可適當(dāng)放寬工作年限要求;尚未全職回國(來華)來華工作或回國(來華)工作時間在1年以內(nèi);獲聘后須辭去海外工作或在海外無工作，全職回國(來華)工作不少于3年。

取得同行專家認(rèn)可的科研或技術(shù)等成果，且有成為該領(lǐng)城學(xué)術(shù)帶頭人或杰出人才的發(fā)展?jié)摿Α?/p>

2.SeniorInvestigator

Candidatesmustbeundertheageof40andshouldholdaformalteachingorresearchpositionatanoverseasuniversity,researchinstitution,orcorporateR&Dcenter,withatleast36monthsofcontinuousworkexperience.ExceptionsmaybemadeforthosewhohaveobtainedaPh.D.fromanoverseasinstitutionandhavedemonstratedexceptionalachievements,withrelaxedrequirementsonworkexperience.Candidatesshouldnothaveyetreturnedtoworkfull-timeinChinaorshouldhavereturnedwithinthepastyear.Uponrecruitment,candidatesmustresignfromanyoverseaspositionsorhavenooverseasemploymentandcommittoworkingfull-timeinChinafornolessthanthreeyears.Candidatesmusthaveachievedresearchortechnicaloutcomesrecognizedbypeersintheirfieldanddemonstratestrongpotentialtobecomeacademicleadersoroutstandingtalentsintheirrespectiveareas.
