中心簡介/導師簡介

先進電子材料研究中心成立于2010年，在先進電子封裝材料國家地方聯(lián)合工程實驗室平臺的支撐下，籌建深圳市電子材料國際創(chuàng)新研究院，致力于晶圓級封裝關鍵材料、芯片級封裝關鍵材料、介電材料、熱管理材料、電磁屏蔽材料、封裝材料計算與仿真、金屬互連材料與封裝材料可靠性等方面的前沿研究。

熱電轉(zhuǎn)換材料與器件方向組建于2020年，負責人劉睿恒研究員，國家級青年人才項目、廣東省杰出青年基金、深圳市優(yōu)秀青年基金獲得者，團隊主要從事室溫附近熱電材料與器件研究、芯片元器件主動熱管理封裝技術(shù)、半導體薄膜與傳感器件研究。迄今共發(fā)表Nature communication、Joule、Energy & environmental Sicence等學術(shù)論文80余篇，團隊依托集成電路材料全國重點實驗室以及國內(nèi)唯一的電子封裝材料驗證線，具備完備的芯片級熱電熱管理材料與器件的研發(fā)、表征測試平臺，承擔了國家級、及省市級項目多項。

崗位職責/研究方向

MEMS熱電器件設計研發(fā)；

材料相場仿真

任職條件

1.獲得博士學位不超過3年，年齡在35周歲（含）以下，具有較強的英語能力；未在廣東省從事過博士后工作；

2.具有MEMS熱電堆器件維納集成研究經(jīng)歷，或者材料相場仿真研究經(jīng)歷，并在相關領域發(fā)表過學術(shù)文章；

3.具備獨立負責和開展科研項目研究的能力；團隊合作意識強，響應能力強，工作積極主動，有重大研究成果者優(yōu)先考慮；

4.能夠全職在深圳先進院完成博士后研究。

福利待遇

1.博士后薪酬待遇：綜合總年薪不低于36萬，其中包含：

（1）廣東省15萬生活補貼；

（2）開題和中期考核合格者，享受深圳市政府每年6萬元博士后生活補貼（兩年合計12萬）。

2.在站工作期間計入我院工齡，在站期間表現(xiàn)有意者，出站優(yōu)先留院工作；

3.可選擇落戶深圳市，其配偶及未成年子女可辦理隨遷入戶；

4.繳納五險一金，與正式員工同等享有年度考核獎金、年終獎金、橫向課題獎勵、專利申請獎勵及伙食補貼等福利待遇；

5.在站期間，可申報中國博士后科學基金資助（自然科學資助標準為一等12萬，二等8萬元）；

6.符合條件者，可競爭性申報全國“博士后創(chuàng)新人才支持計劃”（國家給予每人兩年共63萬元的資助，其中40萬元為博士后補貼，20萬元為博士后科學基金，3萬元為國際交流經(jīng)費）此項目不予廣東省日常經(jīng)費及深圳市生活補貼兼得；

7.博士后國（境）外交流項目此項目不與廣東省日常經(jīng)費及深圳市生活補貼兼得；

8.廣東省海外博士后人才支持項目（在站60萬/2年，出站留粵住房補貼40萬/3年，總額100萬）此項目不予廣東省日常經(jīng)費及深圳市生活補貼兼得；

9.出站后留深工作者，可申請深圳市博士后出站留（來）深科研資助30萬元，每年10萬共計3年。

10.鼓勵符合要求的博士后申報各類項目（相關政策變動均以省市文件為主）；

Job Description

Postdoctoral Research Fellow

Research Areas:

1. Design and development of MEMS thermoelectric devices;

2. Material phase-field simulation

Applicant Qualification

1) Aged under 35. Have a Ph. D degree received within 3 years. Strong English ability is preferred.

2) Research experience in MEMS thermopile devices or material phase-field simulation, and published academic articles in related fields.

3) Applicants who have achieved significant research results preferred.

4) Full-time position.

Salary and Benefits

1) Salary and allowances:≥360,000RMB/year.

(Including 150,000RMB/year from Guangdong Province, 60,000RMB/year from Shenzhen City)

2) You may have the priority to apply for a faculty position in SIAT if you demonstrate outstanding research capabilities during the postdoctoral research period.
