一、招聘學(xué)院介紹
阿伯丁學(xué)院是華南師范大學(xué)與英國(guó)阿伯丁大學(xué)聯(lián)合創(chuàng)建的非獨(dú)立法人中外合作辦學(xué)機(jī)構(gòu),于2021年5月正式獲教育部批復(fù)設(shè)立,是華南師范大學(xué)的教學(xué)科研單位。阿伯丁學(xué)院是我國(guó)首個(gè)開辦人工智能本科專業(yè)的中外合作辦學(xué)機(jī)構(gòu),也是學(xué)校和佛山首個(gè)中外合作辦學(xué)機(jī)構(gòu)。阿伯丁學(xué)院辦學(xué)規(guī)模為1200人,2021年首屆招生185人,開設(shè)3個(gè)四年制本科專業(yè),分別為:人工智能、軟件工程、信息管理與信息系統(tǒng),采取“4+0”“中外雙注冊(cè)”“中外雙學(xué)位”培養(yǎng)模式。
二、招聘條件待遇
(一)青年拔尖人才
1. 引進(jìn)條件:自然科學(xué)學(xué)科申請(qǐng)者原則上年齡不超過(guò)40周歲,人文社會(huì)科學(xué)學(xué)科申請(qǐng)者原則上年齡不超過(guò)45周歲,已取得原創(chuàng)性科研成果并獲同行專家認(rèn)可,具備沖擊國(guó)家人才的能力,能全英教學(xué)者。
2. 引進(jìn)待遇
(1)學(xué)校待遇。入編,聘任或優(yōu)先聘任高級(jí)職務(wù),提供有競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的年薪和房補(bǔ),根據(jù)學(xué)科基礎(chǔ)和實(shí)際研究確定科研啟動(dòng)經(jīng)費(fèi)。
(2)南海校區(qū)待遇。南海校區(qū)根據(jù)引進(jìn)人才的學(xué)歷層次、職稱、授課課程另行補(bǔ)貼工資5萬(wàn)元/年;首聘期科研啟動(dòng)經(jīng)費(fèi)一人一議,與學(xué)校1:1配套。阿伯丁學(xué)院補(bǔ)貼另行面議。

(二)骨干教師
1. 引進(jìn)條件:原則上不超過(guò)50周歲,具有博士學(xué)歷學(xué)位,擁有良好的學(xué)術(shù)聲譽(yù)和學(xué)術(shù)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)能力,已取得國(guó)際同行公認(rèn)的標(biāo)志性成果,近五年科研成果豐富,能全英教學(xué)者。

(1)學(xué)校待遇。入編,工資待遇按國(guó)家、廣東省和學(xué)校有關(guān)規(guī)定執(zhí)行。

(1)學(xué)校待遇。預(yù)聘制教學(xué)科研人員參編確定崗位,實(shí)行合同管理。工資薪金標(biāo)準(zhǔn)參照學(xué)校現(xiàn)行事業(yè)編制人員的分配辦法執(zhí)行;依法參加養(yǎng)老、醫(yī)療、工傷、失業(yè)、生育等社會(huì)保險(xiǎn)和繳存住房公積金,享受相應(yīng)待遇。

1.引進(jìn)條件

South China Normal University(SCNU) was founded in 1933, with a long history, complete range of disciplines and rapid development momentum. As a member of the “211 Project”, it enters the ranks of universities co-constructed by Guangdong Provincial Government and the Ministry of Education, Guangdong High-Level University Sponsoring Project and National Sponsoring Project for World-Class Disciplines Construction. SCNU now boasts four campuses, namely Shipai Campus, University Town Campus, Nanhai Campus and Shanwei Campus. (1) Academic English Teachers:The applicants should have already acquired master degree or above qualification. The overseas talents returned from English-speaking countries are preferred.
