北京大學(xué)深圳研究生院城市規(guī)劃與設(shè)計(jì)學(xué)院發(fā)揮北京大學(xué)“地理學(xué)”、“生態(tài)學(xué)”等雙一流學(xué)科優(yōu)勢，聚焦灣區(qū)城市與區(qū)域的可持續(xù)發(fā)展，依托自然資源部陸表系統(tǒng)與人地關(guān)系重點(diǎn)實(shí)驗(yàn)室等科研平臺(tái)，致力于在智慧城市與智慧國土、生態(tài)宜居、區(qū)域治理等三大領(lǐng)域取得突破性研究成果，并依托廣東省重點(diǎn)新工科“人居環(huán)境科學(xué)與技術(shù)”與國家新型應(yīng)用學(xué)科“國土空間規(guī)劃”為國家培養(yǎng)高素質(zhì)復(fù)合型人才。

三、崗位要求與職責(zé)

1.助理教授

1)應(yīng)聘者應(yīng)具有與上述崗位研究方向相關(guān)的博士學(xué)位；在相關(guān)研究方向具有參與或承擔(dān)科研項(xiàng)目的經(jīng)驗(yàn)，并取得過較高水平研究成果；學(xué)術(shù)發(fā)展?jié)摿ν怀觥?/p>

2)能夠獨(dú)立指導(dǎo)研究生，并承擔(dān)研究生授課任務(wù)。

3)具備從事高水平教育教學(xué)工作的素質(zhì)和教書育人的能力、素養(yǎng)和熱情。

2.預(yù)聘副教授

1)應(yīng)聘者應(yīng)具有與上述崗位研究方向相關(guān)的博士學(xué)位；在相關(guān)研究方向具有主持科研項(xiàng)目的經(jīng)驗(yàn)；并取得過高水平的研究成果，研究成果在同行中具有一定影響。

2)能夠獨(dú)立指導(dǎo)研究生，并承擔(dān)研究生授課任務(wù)。

3)具備從事高水平教育教學(xué)工作的素質(zhì)和教書育人的能力、素養(yǎng)和熱情。

3.長聘副教授

1)應(yīng)聘者應(yīng)具有與上述崗位研究方向相關(guān)的博士學(xué)位；在相關(guān)研究方向具有主持國家級(jí)科研項(xiàng)目的經(jīng)驗(yàn)；并具有豐富的高水平研究成果，研究成果在同行中具有較大影響，具有較高的國內(nèi)外學(xué)術(shù)影響力。

2)能夠獨(dú)立指導(dǎo)研究生，并承擔(dān)研究生授課任務(wù)。

3)具備從事高水平教育教學(xué)工作的素質(zhì)和教書育人的能力、素養(yǎng)和熱情。

4.教授

1)應(yīng)聘者應(yīng)具有與上述崗位研究方向相關(guān)的博士學(xué)位；在相關(guān)研究方向具有主持科研項(xiàng)目的經(jīng)驗(yàn)；研究工作具有引領(lǐng)性或開拓性；是本學(xué)科領(lǐng)域國內(nèi)或國際同行認(rèn)可的有突出成績的學(xué)者，并有標(biāo)志性的研究成果。

2)能夠獨(dú)立指導(dǎo)研究生，并承擔(dān)研究生授課任務(wù)。

3)具備從事高水平教育教學(xué)工作的素質(zhì)和教書育人的能力、素養(yǎng)和熱情。

Faculty Recruitment at School of Urban Planning & Design of Peking University School of Urban Planning & Design (SUPD) description

Taking advantages from the “double-first-class” disciplines from Peking University, including “Geography” and “Ecology”, the School of Urban Planning and Design (SUPD) at Shenzhen Gradurate School Peking University focuses on the sustainable development of cities and regions in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area. By establishing multiple innovation platforms such as the Key Laboratory of Earth Surface System and Human-Earth Relations of Ministry of Natural Resources of China, we have obtained ground-breaking achievements in the fields of Smart City, Smart National Territory Planning, Ecologically Livable City, and Regional Governance. The strategic aim of the school is to create a talent-training platform through the new provincial-level practice-oriented programme in Guangdong - "Human Settlements Science and Technology" and the national new applied discipline - "National Territory Spatial Planning".

1. Assistant professor

1) Applicants should have a Ph.D. degree in relative disciplines; have experience in participating or leading research projects; have good records in research publications; have a good potential in academic career.

2) Applicants should have ability to teach graduate level courses and supervise graduate students.

3) Applicants should have good personal ethics and professional ethics with a passion in teaching and research. 

2. Associate Professor (Tenure Track)

1) Applicants should hold a Ph.D. degree in relative disciplines; have good experience in leading research projects; have outstanding research outputs which gain wide recognition by research peers.

2) Applicants should have ability to teach graduate level courses and supervise graduate students.

3) Applicants should have good personal ethics and professional ethics with a passion in teaching and research. 

3. Associate Professor (with tenure)

1) Applicants should hold a Ph.D. degree in relative disciplines; have good experience in leading major research projects; have outstanding research outputs which gain wide recognition by research peers; has a high international academic influence.

2) Applicants should have ability to teach graduate level courses and supervise graduate students.

3) Applicants should have good personal ethics and professional ethics with a passion in teaching and research.

4. Professor

1) Applicants should have a Ph.D. degree in relative disciplines; have excellent experiences in leading research projects; have outstanding research publications; have received popular recognition in their research field by both domestic or international research peers.

2) Applicants should have ability to teach graduate level courses and supervise graduate students.

3) Applicants should have good personal ethics and professional ethics with a passion in teaching and research.
