一、學(xué)院介紹
南京大學(xué)教育研究院的前身為1982年成立的高等教育研究室,1987年更名為高等教育研究所,2002年成立教育科學(xué)與管理系,2009年改建為教育研究院,2019年在保留教育研究院建制的基礎(chǔ)上成立了陶行知教師教育學(xué)院,開辦學(xué)科教學(xué)(英語)和學(xué)科教學(xué)(物理)領(lǐng)域。
我院學(xué)位類型齊全,可授予教育學(xué)博士學(xué)位、教育博士學(xué)位、管理學(xué)博士學(xué)位和教育學(xué)碩士學(xué)位、教育碩士學(xué)位、管理學(xué)碩士學(xué)位。
我院設(shè)有高等教育研究所、課程與教學(xué)研究所、教育經(jīng)濟(jì)與管理研究所以及學(xué)校心理教育研究所,擁有江蘇省教育考試研究中心、江蘇教育名師發(fā)展研究中心、揚(yáng)子江教育智庫、高等教育研究與評價(jià)中心等人才培養(yǎng)和學(xué)科建設(shè)平臺。
二、招聘崗位設(shè)置
南京大學(xué)教育研究院·陶行知教師教育學(xué)院擬面向全球招聘有志于從事教育領(lǐng)域各主要研究方向的優(yōu)秀青年人才到我院工作。本次擬招聘準(zhǔn)聘助理教授、準(zhǔn)聘副教授崗位,崗位總數(shù)不超過2個(gè);特別優(yōu)秀的高層次人才崗位另議。招聘研究方向包括:

Tenure-track Faculty Positions in School of Education, Nanjing University, China
I. About the School
The School of Education originated from the Research Division of Higher Education established in 1982, then transferred to the Institute of Higher Education Research in 1987. The Department of Educational Economics and Administration was founded in 2002, and the Institute of Education was established in 2009 by means of merging. Due to the fast-growing need for training school teachers, Tao Xingzhi School of Teacher Education was founded in 2019, opening two majors in subject teaching -- English and physics. Nowadays, the School of Education consists of the Institute of Education and Tao Xingzhi School of Teacher Education.
The School of Education is authorized to confer the Ph.D degrees and Master’s degrees in education and administration. The School also provides Ed.D (Doctor of Education) and Ed.M (Master of Education) programs.
The School of Education contains four institutes: the Institute of Higher Education, the Institute of Educational Economics and Administration, the Institute of Teaching and Curriculum, and the Institute of Educational Psychology, and four centers: the Research Center of Jiangsu Education Examination, the Research Center of Jiangsu Prestigious Teachers Development, Yangzte River Education Think Tank, the Higher Education Research and Evaluation Center.
II. Positions
School of Education invites outstanding young talents from all over the world who are interested in the field of education. The total number of tenure-track positions does not exceed two including tenure-track assistant professors or tenure-track associate professors. Research interests include:
1.Subject teaching (English or physics);
2.Higher education;
3.Teaching and curriculum;
4.Educational economics and administration.
III. Qualifications
The applicant should
(1) abide by the laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China, and have a passion for teaching and research;
(2) abide by the ethics of teachers, uphold academic integrity, be willing to work diligently, and have no criminal record or record in breaching the ethics of teachers and/or academic integrity;
(3) have a first-rate background in academic training—specifically, a PhD in relevant disciplines, experience in studying and/or working at first-rate teaching and research institutions, and knowledge of the latest international trends and development in the relevant research field(s);
(4) have outstanding teaching abilities—the applicant should be able to teach core and frontline courses in the corresponding discipline, and have sound teaching methodology and strong verbal skills;
(5) demonstrate outstanding research output and potential—the applicant should have publications in his/her field of research, original ideas about relevant fields of research, a clear vision about future research plans, and good potential for further academic development.
