1995年上海大學(xué)外國(guó)語學(xué)院正式成立，2010年獲批外國(guó)語言文學(xué)一級(jí)學(xué)科碩士學(xué)位點(diǎn)（目前下設(shè)外國(guó)語言學(xué)及應(yīng)用語言學(xué)、外國(guó)文學(xué)與比較文學(xué)、翻譯與國(guó)際傳播、國(guó)別與區(qū)域研究4個(gè)學(xué)科方向）和翻譯專業(yè)碩士學(xué)位點(diǎn)（MTI，英語筆譯、日語筆譯、法語筆譯），2014年獲批二級(jí)交叉學(xué)科博士點(diǎn)“語言文化與世界文明”�，F(xiàn)每年招收海內(nèi)外博士生3-5名、碩士生200余名。在本科層次上，學(xué)院現(xiàn)設(shè)有英語、日語和法語三個(gè)語種專業(yè)，每年本科招生80余名。

工作任務(wù)：
-將承擔(dān)外國(guó)語學(xué)院英語系本科生英語語言、文學(xué)和文化類課程；
-指導(dǎo)英語專業(yè)學(xué)生的英語口語、寫作能力提升；
-參加學(xué)校、學(xué)院、英語系的第二課堂活動(dòng)以及學(xué)術(shù)會(huì)議活動(dòng)。
能力要求：
-母語為英語；
-擁有博士學(xué)位（語言學(xué)、文學(xué)或跨文化研究方向）；
-能夠從事與本專業(yè)現(xiàn)有研究方向相符之學(xué)術(shù)研究；
-良好的人際溝通能力和團(tuán)隊(duì)合作精神。

Shanghai University is a comprehensive research-oriented university in Shanghai. Jointly established institution by the Ministry of Education and the Shanghai Municipal People’s Government, the university is a key construction institution of the national “211 Project”, a pilot institution for constructing high-level local universities in Shanghai, and a part of the national “Double First-Class” university construction initiative.
Formally founded In 1995, the School of Foreign Languages (SFL) was authorized in 2010 to offer a master program of the first-level discipline in Foreign Language and Literature (including 4 sub-fields: Foreign Linguistics and Applied Linguistics, Foreign Literature and Comparative Literature, Translation and Dissemination of Chinese Culture, and Country and Area Studies) and to award master’s degrees in Translation and Interpreting (MTI in English, Japanese and French). In 2014, SFL was authorized to offer a doctoral program of the second-level disciplines in Language Culture and World Civilization. At present, 3-5 doctoral students and more than 180 postgraduate students are enrolled from both domestic and international sources annually. For undergraduates, SFL now offers programs in English, Japanese and French. The enrollment of undergraduate students reaches 80 every year.
Job Description

Job Duties:
-Teach undergraduate courses relevant to English linguistic, literature or culture for English Major students in the
-Offer guidance to English Major students in English speaking and writing skills
-Attend meetings of Shanghai University, School of Foreign Languages and English department; participate in academic conferences.
Qualifications:
- Language: English as native language
- PhD degree in Linguistics, Literature, or Intercultural Communication
- Able to conduct research in above fields
- Highly effective interpersonal communication skills and teamwork spirits
