同濟大學(xué)建筑學(xué)、城鄉(xiāng)規(guī)劃學(xué)、風(fēng)景園林學(xué)博士后流動站誠邀建筑學(xué)、城鄉(xiāng)規(guī)劃學(xué)、風(fēng)景園林學(xué)、暖通空調(diào)、土木工程、地理學(xué)、經(jīng)濟學(xué)、管理學(xué)、林學(xué)、生態(tài)學(xué)、計算機、設(shè)計學(xué)、環(huán)境科學(xué)等學(xué)科領(lǐng)域的學(xué)者進(jìn)站開展學(xué)科交叉研究。

The postdoctoral research stations of Architecture, Urban and Rural Planning, and Landscape Architecture of Tongji University invites scholars across disciplines of Architecture, Urban and Rural Planning, Landscape Architecture, Heating Ventilating and Air Conditioning, Civil Engineering, Geography, Economics, Management, Forestry, Ecology, Computer, Design, and Environmental Science to conduct interdisciplinary research.

一、崗位要求 Eligibility

1.具有博士學(xué)位，品學(xué)兼優(yōu)，身體健康，具有良好的政治思想素質(zhì)和道德品質(zhì)。

2.年齡一般在35周歲（含35周歲）以下，獲得博士學(xué)位一般不超過3年；進(jìn)第二站博士后研究人員，獲博士學(xué)位年限不受限制。

3.申請者能夠保證在站期間全職從事博士后研究，符合國家、學(xué)校文件規(guī)定的特殊博士后進(jìn)站，需另行申請。

4.具備良好的科研創(chuàng)新能力和學(xué)術(shù)發(fā)展?jié)摿�，國外博士畢業(yè)生，博士期間取得創(chuàng)新學(xué)術(shù)成果，高水平論文發(fā)表者更優(yōu)。

1. Have a Ph.D. degree;

2. The Ph.D. degree shall be obtained within the recent three years;

3. Available to conduct full-time postdoctoral research at Tongji University;

4. Have a good publication record.

二、合同時長 Contract Duration

全職博士后合同時長為3年。

The duration of full-time postdoctoral contract is three years.

三、薪酬待遇及支持保障 Salary and Support Guarantee

1.學(xué)校提供具有競爭力的薪酬待遇，普通博士后稅前年薪30萬元+，獲“上海市超級博士后計劃”的博士后稅前年薪36萬元+；獲“博士后創(chuàng)新人才支持計劃”的博士后稅前年薪42萬元+；特別優(yōu)秀者稅前年薪45萬元+；

2.學(xué)校提供博士后公寓或住房補貼；

3.學(xué)校每年為博士后提供免費體檢；

4.子女入學(xué)（小學(xué)）、入托等按照上海市相關(guān)規(guī)定辦理；

5.學(xué)院另為博士后提供每年1萬元津貼（需通過年度考核）和在站期間科研資助經(jīng)費5萬元。

1. Competitive Salary (before tax): an annual salary of over 300,000 RMB for postdoctoral researchers; over 360,000 RMB for postdoctoral researchers who wins the award of "Shanghai Super Postdoctoral Program"; over 420,000 RMB for postdoctoral researchers who wins the award of "Postdoctoral Innovative Talent Support Program"; over 450,000 RMB for excellent postdoctoral researchers;

2. Apartments or Housing Subsidies;

3. Free Annual Medical Examinations;

4.Children's education (primary school enrolment), childcare, etc. shall be handled in accordance with relevant regulations;

5. An Annual Allowance of 10,000 RMB (annual assessment required) and funding for Scientific Research of 50,000 RMB during postdoctoral period.

四、申請流程 Application Process

1.常年招聘，隨時接收申請。請申請人提交以下申請材料至流動站郵箱adi-caup@#edu.cn（郵件標(biāo)題注明：應(yīng)聘某某崗位+本人姓名 ）

個人簡歷；博士學(xué)歷學(xué)位證書（國外學(xué)歷需附教育部/使領(lǐng)館學(xué)歷學(xué)位認(rèn)證書）；身份證（或護(hù)照）；學(xué)術(shù)成果代表作（論文僅限第一作者或博士導(dǎo)師第一作者、本人第二作者）等材料

2.流動站對申請材料進(jìn)行初審，審核結(jié)果將以郵件形式告知。

3.通過初審的申請人需自行聯(lián)系合作導(dǎo)師，博導(dǎo)名單及聯(lián)系方式如下：

2. 建筑系

3. 城市規(guī)劃系

4. 景觀學(xué)系

4.確定合作導(dǎo)師后，流動站秉持公開、公平、競爭、擇優(yōu)的招聘原則召開進(jìn)站評審會，通過學(xué)術(shù)考核的申請人，學(xué)校博士后管理辦公室按照國家、上海市有關(guān)規(guī)定為博士后辦理進(jìn)站手續(xù)。

Curriculum vitae; Doctoral degree certificate (for foreign education, the certificate of education degree issued by the Ministry of Education/Embassy or Consulate shall be attached); ID card (or Passport); Representative works of academic achievements (papers are only limited to the first author or doctoral supervisor is the first author and the applicant is the second author) and other materials

2. Postdoctoral research station will conduct a preliminary review of application materials，the result of the review will be communicated by email.

3. After passing the preliminary examination, the applicants need to contact responsible mentor. The list and contact information of the doctoral mentors are as follows:

4. Postdoctoral research station will hold an entrance review meeting based on the principles of openness and fairness. Applicants who have passed academic assessments will be processed for admission by the postdoctoral management office of Tongji University in accordance with relevant regulations.
