一、學(xué)院介紹

為深入貫徹國(guó)家文化和旅游部“文旅融合”與教育部“新文科”建設(shè)思想，浙大城市學(xué)院以浙江省、杭州市大力推進(jìn)文旅產(chǎn)業(yè)高質(zhì)量可持續(xù)發(fā)展為契機(jī)，于2022年2月13日正式成立浙江省首家國(guó)際文化旅游學(xué)院。

國(guó)際文化旅游學(xué)院的前身旅游管理專(zhuān)業(yè)始建于1999年，是浙江省一流本科專(zhuān)業(yè)建設(shè)點(diǎn)、杭州市新型專(zhuān)業(yè)，所在學(xué)科（工商管理學(xué)科：旅游休閑方向）入選杭州市一流學(xué)科。下設(shè)國(guó)際酒店管理、旅游創(chuàng)意策劃、數(shù)字文旅（特色班）、旅游國(guó)際組織管理（特色班）四個(gè)方向，同步開(kāi)設(shè)國(guó)際留學(xué)生項(xiàng)目、國(guó)際會(huì)展微輔修項(xiàng)目，致力于培養(yǎng)具備人文情懷、實(shí)踐智慧、創(chuàng)新思想、數(shù)字素養(yǎng)、國(guó)際視野的“五位一體”高質(zhì)量應(yīng)用型旅游專(zhuān)業(yè)人才。截止2023年，旅游管理專(zhuān)業(yè)已培養(yǎng)21屆本科生，為社會(huì)輸送近2100余人。

師資力量

學(xué)院現(xiàn)有專(zhuān)任教師25人，博士后2人，其中26人具有高級(jí)職稱(chēng)或博士學(xué)位，100%具有海(境)外學(xué)習(xí)經(jīng)歷。教師水平受社會(huì)認(rèn)可，入選國(guó)家文化和旅游部雙師型旅游英才、浙江省“151”人才、浙江省之江青年、浙江省高校領(lǐng)軍人才培養(yǎng)計(jì)劃、杭州市新世紀(jì)"131”人才、杭州市社科優(yōu)秀人才等。雙師型教師特色鮮明。聘任英國(guó)思克萊德大學(xué)、香港理工大學(xué)、澳門(mén)城市大學(xué)等名校講座教授、兼任教授11人，聘請(qǐng)業(yè)界高管擔(dān)任行業(yè)教授40余人。

01邱漢琴教授

浙大城市學(xué)院國(guó)際文化旅游學(xué)院院長(zhǎng)，特聘教授，中國(guó)旅游研究院學(xué)術(shù)委員會(huì)委員、聯(lián)合國(guó)教科文組織香港協(xié)會(huì)副會(huì)長(zhǎng)、香港大學(xué)教育資助委員會(huì)質(zhì)量評(píng)審委員會(huì)理事會(huì)成員；Journal of Quality Assurance in Hospitality & Tourism期刊主編。

02周玲強(qiáng)教授

教授，博士生導(dǎo)師，原浙江大學(xué)管理學(xué)院旅游與酒店管理學(xué)系主任，現(xiàn)任教育部旅游管理類(lèi)本科教指委委員、中國(guó)旅游研究院學(xué)術(shù)委員會(huì)委員，《旅游學(xué)刊》編委;浙江省高校旅游管理類(lèi)專(zhuān)業(yè)教學(xué)指導(dǎo)委員會(huì)主任，浙江省休閑學(xué)會(huì)副會(huì)長(zhǎng),浙江省旅游協(xié)會(huì)旅游規(guī)劃分會(huì)會(huì)長(zhǎng)，杭州市文旅人才協(xié)會(huì)副會(huì)長(zhǎng)。浙大園正文旅研究院院長(zhǎng)，從事專(zhuān)業(yè)與研究方向：旅游開(kāi)發(fā)與規(guī)劃、旅游業(yè)管理、旅游地管理。主持國(guó)家科技支撐計(jì)劃、國(guó)家社科重點(diǎn)等國(guó)家及省部級(jí)重大課題10余項(xiàng)，各級(jí)政府和企業(yè)委托項(xiàng)目100余項(xiàng)，發(fā)表論著100余篇部。

03呂佳穎教授

浙大城市學(xué)院國(guó)際文化旅游學(xué)院副院長(zhǎng)，錢(qián)塘特聘教授。原浙江大學(xué)管理學(xué)院旅游與酒店管理學(xué)系副主任，浙江數(shù)字化發(fā)展與治理研究中心研究員、浙江省文旅廳智庫(kù)專(zhuān)家；浙江省151人才工程培養(yǎng)人員、浙江省社科聯(lián)“之江青年”培養(yǎng)人員。美國(guó)加州州立理工大學(xué)訪(fǎng)問(wèn)學(xué)者，曾赴美國(guó)斯坦福大學(xué)，加拿大卡爾加里大學(xué)，澳大利亞昆士蘭大學(xué)等訪(fǎng)問(wèn)交流。主持國(guó)家級(jí)項(xiàng)目3項(xiàng)、省部級(jí)和政府及企業(yè)委托項(xiàng)目多項(xiàng)。

04許駿教授

二級(jí)教授、碩士研究生導(dǎo)師，吉林省B類(lèi)人才、吉林省拔尖創(chuàng)新第一層次人才、省重點(diǎn)實(shí)驗(yàn)室主任、國(guó)際數(shù)字地球?qū)W會(huì)中國(guó)國(guó)家委員會(huì)虛擬地理環(huán)境專(zhuān)業(yè)委員會(huì)副主任委員。

Introduction of college

International School of Cultural Tourism(ISCT) of Hangzhou City University was established on February 13,2022.It is the first of its kind in Zhejiang Province,with on and off-campus facilities and amission to achieve academic excellence during the digital era.

Faculty

ISCT has 25 full-time faculty members, 2 postdors, of which 26 have senior professional titles and doctoral degrees.All of them have overseas study experience.Besides,11 professors from well-known universities at home and abroad are employed as visiting or part-time professors,and more than 40 industry executives are employed as industry consultants.

Professor, former Director of the Department of Tourism and Hotel Management, School of Management, Zhejiang University, former director of Tourism Research Institute, Zhejiang University; Deputy Director of Culture and Tourism Expert Committee of China Scenic Area Association, member of Academic Committee of China Tourism Academy, chief expert of Integrated Innovation Research base of China Tourism Academy; Editorial Board Member of Travel Journal; Director of Zhejiang Provincial College Tourism Management Teaching Steering Committee, Vice president of Zhejiang Provincial Leisure Association, Chairman of Zhejiang Provincial Tourism Association Tourism Planning branch, vice president of Hangzhou Cultural Tourism Talent Association. He has presided over more than 10 major projects at the national and provincial levels, more than 100 projects entrusted by governments and enterprises at all levels, and published more than 100 articles.

Former Deputy Director of the Department of Tourism and Hotel Management, School of Management, Zhejiang University, researcher of Zhejiang Digital Development and Governance Research Center, think tank expert of Zhejiang Provincial Department of Culture and Tourism; Zhejiang Province 151 talent project training personnel, Zhejiang Province Social Science Federation "Zhijiang youth" training personnel. Visiting scholar of California Polytechnic State University in the United States, he has visited Stanford University in the United States, the University of Calgary in Canada, and the University of Queensland in Australia. Presided over 3 national projects, provincial and ministerial level and a number of government and enterprise commissioned projects.
