01研究方向一：創(chuàng)新評估、創(chuàng)新地理和創(chuàng)新擴散

1）研究內(nèi)容

擬從事合作導(dǎo)師或中心有關(guān)創(chuàng)新評估、創(chuàng)新地理和創(chuàng)新擴散等領(lǐng)域的研究，以及相關(guān)的創(chuàng)新治理和政策研究

2）招聘要求

1.在創(chuàng)新經(jīng)濟領(lǐng)域有明確的研究方向，包括創(chuàng)新評估、創(chuàng)新地理、區(qū)域創(chuàng)新和創(chuàng)新擴散等。具備扎實的理論基礎(chǔ)，能應(yīng)對復(fù)雜的研究問題和研究壓力，相關(guān)領(lǐng)域的獲博士學(xué)位；

2.需具備一定的跨學(xué)科知識和技能，有與研究方向相關(guān)的課題研究經(jīng)驗，具備大數(shù)據(jù)研究的能力和經(jīng)驗；

3.對學(xué)術(shù)研究始終保有較高的熱情，能夠積極組織學(xué)術(shù)交流和構(gòu)建學(xué)術(shù)網(wǎng)絡(luò);

4.發(fā)表過高質(zhì)量的中英文學(xué)術(shù)研究論文，能夠從事英文論文寫作;

5.具備獨立承擔項目課題和獨立撰寫政策研究報告的素質(zhì)和能力。

02研究方向二：科技與產(chǎn)業(yè)創(chuàng)新政策、人工智能產(chǎn)業(yè)研究

1）研究內(nèi)容

擬從事科技與產(chǎn)業(yè)創(chuàng)新政策、人工智能產(chǎn)業(yè)研究課題研究。參與并推進中心科技與產(chǎn)業(yè)創(chuàng)新政策相關(guān)的課題項目，組織專題研討會議和學(xué)術(shù)交流。

2）招聘要求

1.在科技政策、產(chǎn)業(yè)創(chuàng)新、人工智能、計算機科學(xué)、經(jīng)濟學(xué)、管理學(xué)等相關(guān)領(lǐng)域具備扎實的專業(yè)背景和深入的理論知識，并獲得博士學(xué)位；

2.具備對科技與產(chǎn)業(yè)創(chuàng)新政策進行深入分析的能力，了解政策制定的背景、過程和影響，并能夠提出有針對性的政策建議；

3.具備良好的溝通能力，能夠與團隊成員、政策制定者、產(chǎn)業(yè)界人士等進行有效的溝通和合作;

4.在科技與產(chǎn)業(yè)創(chuàng)新政策和人工智能產(chǎn)業(yè)領(lǐng)域，具備敏銳的觀察力和前瞻性思維，發(fā)表過高質(zhì)量的中英文學(xué)術(shù)研究論文，能夠從事英文論文寫作；

5.具備獨立承擔項目課題和獨立撰寫政策研究報告的素質(zhì)和能力。

03申請博士后的基本條件

1.具有國際視野和較強的政策思維能力

2.品學(xué)兼優(yōu)、身心健康、年齡在35歲以下（不含35歲）

在道德方面表現(xiàn)出色 學(xué)習(xí)成績、身心健康，35周歲以下（不含35周歲）

3.申請者必須保證錄用后全職從事博士后研究，不掛職、兼職

確保全職 博士后研究 入學(xué)后不擔任臨時職務(wù)，有 兼職工作

4.申請者如屬在職人員，經(jīng)我院錄用的博士后入職后人事關(guān)系需轉(zhuǎn)入我校

如果申請人是 現(xiàn)任，一旦接受，人事關(guān)系需要轉(zhuǎn)移到 我們的學(xué)校

5.不招收企業(yè)博士后

企業(yè)博士后不收錄

6.外語水平較好，有海外學(xué)習(xí)背景者優(yōu)先

Center of Industrial Development and Environmental Governance，Tsinghua University

2005年9月，在清華大學(xué)公共管理學(xué)院首任院長陳清泰與著名經(jīng)濟學(xué)家青木昌彥教授、吳敬璉先生等眾多國內(nèi)外著名學(xué)者的籌劃下，由日本豐田汽車公司提供無償資助，成立清華大學(xué)產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展與環(huán)境治理研究中心（CIDEG）。

CIDEG定位于產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展、環(huán)境治理與制度變遷領(lǐng)域的政策研究和學(xué)術(shù)交流，旨在提高中國公共政策與治理的研究與教育水平，促進學(xué)術(shù)界、產(chǎn)業(yè)界、非政府組織及政府部門之間的溝通、理解和協(xié)調(diào)。

CIDEG成立至今，在眾多知名學(xué)者的參與下，積極開展各項研究項目和學(xué)術(shù)活動，構(gòu)建專業(yè)的研究平臺和學(xué)者網(wǎng)絡(luò)，出版和發(fā)表各類研究成果，取得了豐碩的成果，已成為中國改革與發(fā)展中具有重要影響的高端智庫之一，正在為躋身世界一流思想庫奠定堅實的基礎(chǔ)。

In September 2005, under the leadership and commitment of Chen Qingtai, the Founding Dean of School of Public Policy and Management of Tsinghua University, prominent economists Prof.Masahiko Aoki, Mr.Wu Jinglian and other renowned scholars, the Center of Industrial Development and Environmental Governance (CIDEG) of Tsinghua University was officially founded with the generous funding from Toyota Motor Corporation of Japan.

CIDEG serves as a center of excellence for policy research and academic exchanges on the subjects of industrial development, environmental governance, and institutional transition.The Center is dedicated to improve China’s research efforts and education quality on public policy and governance while promoting communication, recognition, and coordination among the academia, industries, non-governmental organizations and government agencies.

Since its inception, with the engagement of many prominent scholars, CIDEG has been actively involved in conducting important research projects and influential academic activities in diverse fields, building a professional research platform and scholar network, and publishing various research findings - the many achievements have made CIDEG one of the most influential  think tanks in China's reform and development, laying solid groundwork in its bid to become a international institution.
