一、課題組簡介
曾維政實驗室致力于機械力感知的分子細胞機制和生理功能研究。通過研究，我們期望對觸／痛覺的分子神經學機制以及機械力傳感在內臟生理病理過程中的作用有深入的了解，并將致力于通過高通量手段發(fā)現(xiàn)新型離子通道、配體—受體組合，最終以這些膜蛋白為靶點的開發(fā)新型藥物。
二、招聘崗位及條件
1.招聘崗位：博士后（1-2名）
2.任職條件：
（1）從事機械力門控離子通道生理功能或新型機械力受體功能研究；
（2）利用膜片鉗電生理、光遺傳學、病毒標記示蹤、活體動物壓力記錄為主要技術手段；
（3）構建條件性基因敲除小鼠和轉基因小鼠；
（4）整理分析數(shù)據(jù)，協(xié)助PI準備和發(fā)表論文。
3.要求：
（1）年齡不超過40周歲；已取得或即將取得博士學位；神經生物學或生理學背景優(yōu)先，但非必須；
（2）精通膜片鉗電生理研究者優(yōu)先，同時歡迎有小鼠遺傳學、高通量篩選研究經驗者申請；
（3）有高水平第一作者論文發(fā)表或已投稿；
（4）具有良好的團隊協(xié)作，英文溝通和寫作能力。
三、薪酬待遇
根據(jù)個人科研工作能力和博士后有關規(guī)定從優(yōu)發(fā)放。課題組將提供穩(wěn)定的工作環(huán)境與一流的研究平臺，協(xié)助申報博士后相關項目，并根據(jù)興趣與需求支持個人的職業(yè)發(fā)展。
對獲得中國博士后科學基金資助和省級博士后科研項目資助的，市財政給予1:1配套資助。對出站留杭（來杭）工作的博士后，給予每人40萬元補助。

Post-doc position in Weizheng Zeng Lab, School of Life Sciences
Introduction of The Lab/ Research Field
Our long-term interest is to identify and characterize ion channels and other sensors that translate mechanical stimuli to chemical signals. These sensors are the basis of how we sense touch, pain, sound, and blood flow. With the multi-disciplinary approach including high-throughput functional genomics, electrophysiology and mouse genetics, we are seeking to identifying novel mechanosensors and deorphanizing the transmembrane proteins that are highly related to diseases.
Job Description
Position: Postdoctoral Fellow (1-2 positions)
Requirements:
1) We are looking for independent, creative, and motivated team players who interested in neuroscience/physiology and novel drug target identification.
2) Expertise in patch-clamp recording, rodent surgery, neuroscience, high-throughput screen, molecular/biochemical biology or related areas will be the most competitive.
3) A Ph.D. degree in a STEM field is required.
Other requirements:
Have obtained or about to obtain a Ph.D. degree, aged under 40.
Compensation and Benefits
The research team offers a competitive compensation package commensurate with the selected candidate’s qualifications and experience. Applications for relevant projects and programs will be encouraged and supported.
For post-doc(s) who selected for China Postdoctoral Science Foundation or Advanced Programs of Zhejiang Province will be entitled to receive the same amount funds from the Hangzhou government.
For post-doc(s) who full-time work in Hangzhou after completing their post-doc research will be eligible for applying allowance of 400,000RMB from the Hangzhou government.
