Offer Description
The CNR-NANOTEC (hosted by the Department of Physics of “Sapienza” University of Rome) is looking for a talented postdoctoral researcher to work on the COREFISH project.
Job description:
The project will focus on the three-dimensional reconstruction and tracking of individual fish in schools and shoals from stereoscopic digital imaging. The work will also include data analysis and system characterization using a wide range of complementary methods including theoretical techniques and numerical simulations.
Candidate's requirements:
· Ph.D. in a relevant field (Physics, Computer Science, Engineering)
· Background in digital image analysis and optics
· Proficiency in experiments and programming
