一、中心簡介

首都醫(yī)學(xué)科學(xué)創(chuàng)新中心(簡稱創(chuàng)新中心)是北京市新成立的具有獨(dú)立法人資格的新型研發(fā)機(jī)構(gòu)。創(chuàng)新中心以推動(dòng)醫(yī)學(xué)科學(xué)發(fā)展、改善人類健康為目標(biāo),開展生物醫(yī)學(xué)研究,致力于提升醫(yī)學(xué)科學(xué)創(chuàng)新與成果轉(zhuǎn)化能力,提高疾病診斷和治療水平。我們將匯聚世界高水平科學(xué)家,與首都醫(yī)學(xué)教育和科學(xué)研究優(yōu)質(zhì)資源緊密合作,打造多學(xué)科交叉融合的科研平臺(tái),綜合自由探索、醫(yī)學(xué)目標(biāo)導(dǎo)向、有組織科研等途徑,實(shí)踐新型科研模式和體制機(jī)制,逐步推進(jìn)醫(yī)教研產(chǎn)的深度融合,培養(yǎng)適應(yīng)醫(yī)學(xué)科學(xué)創(chuàng)新發(fā)展的優(yōu)秀人才。

二、實(shí)驗(yàn)室介紹

柴國梁,本科和碩士畢業(yè)于清華大學(xué),比利時(shí)魯汶大學(xué)生物醫(yī)學(xué)與制藥科學(xué)博士,美國加州大學(xué)圣地亞哥分校博士后。目前為首都醫(yī)學(xué)科學(xué)創(chuàng)新中心研究員,首都醫(yī)科大學(xué)宣武醫(yī)院教授,研究員。

三、實(shí)驗(yàn)室研究方向

實(shí)驗(yàn)室致力于研究神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)疑難罕見病與常見疾病的遺傳因素及其致病機(jī)理,并開發(fā)創(chuàng)新靶向干預(yù)治療策略。主要研究課題:

1.神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)疑難罕見病與復(fù)雜疾病的遺傳學(xué)及致病機(jī)制研究;

2.探索神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)疾病中的中樞和外周免疫紊亂及炎癥調(diào)控機(jī)制;

3.開發(fā)針對(duì)神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)疾病的治療新方法與新策略。

五、崗位信息

01、科研助理

科研助理應(yīng)具有扎實(shí)的分子生物學(xué)、神經(jīng)生物學(xué)、實(shí)驗(yàn)動(dòng)物學(xué)、基礎(chǔ)醫(yī)學(xué)等相關(guān)專業(yè)背景,熟練掌握與動(dòng)物相關(guān)的實(shí)驗(yàn)室技術(shù)。有動(dòng)物飼養(yǎng),立體定位注射相關(guān)經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先。

1)崗位職責(zé)

本崗位招聘1名科研助理,主要負(fù)責(zé)實(shí)驗(yàn)室小鼠飼養(yǎng)工作,基因型鑒定,表型評(píng)估,立體定位注射以支持實(shí)驗(yàn)室在動(dòng)物方面的科學(xué)研究。

2)任職要求

1.大學(xué)本科學(xué)歷及以上,分子生物學(xué)、神經(jīng)生物學(xué)、實(shí)驗(yàn)動(dòng)物學(xué)、神經(jīng)病學(xué)、遺傳學(xué)、免疫學(xué)、基礎(chǔ)醫(yī)學(xué)等相關(guān)專業(yè);

2.有動(dòng)物實(shí)驗(yàn)經(jīng)驗(yàn),熟練掌握小鼠基因鑒定、表型評(píng)估、立體定位注射等技術(shù);

3.具備較強(qiáng)的學(xué)習(xí)能力及動(dòng)手能力,能迅速上手掌握新技術(shù);

4.具備良好的溝通能力和團(tuán)隊(duì)協(xié)作能力。

Laboratory Introduction

Guoliang Chai holds a Ph.D. in Biomedical and Pharmaceutical Sciences from UC Louvain, Belgium, and completed his postdoctoral training at the University of California, San Diego (UCSD). Currently, he serves as Assistant Investigator at Chinese Institutes for Medical Research, Beijing and Professor and Principal Investigator at Xuanwu HospitalCapital Medical University.

Laboratory Research Directions

Dr. Chai’s laboratory is dedicated to investigating the genetic factors and pathogenic mechanisms underlying rare and common neurological diseases, with the goal of developing innovative targeted therapeutic strategies. The projects of the lab includes:

a. Genetics and Pathogenic Mechanisms of rare/complex neurological disorders;

b. Central and Peripheral Immune Dysregulation in neurological diseases;

c. Novel Therapeutic Approaches for neurological disorders.

Open Positions

Molecular Biology Technician

The candidate should possess a solid academic background in molecular biology, neurobiology, laboratory animal science, or related disciplines, with proficient skills in animal-related laboratory techniques. Prior experience in animal husbandry and stereotaxic injection techniques will be considered advantageous.

Main Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly motivated Research Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be primarily responsible for:

Routine care and management of laboratory mice

Genotyping and phenotypic characterization

Performing stereotaxic injections to support in vivo research

This position plays a critical role in supporting the laboratory's animal-based scientific investigations.

Qualifications

a. Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in molecular biology, neurobiology, laboratory animal science, neurology, genetics, immunology, basic medicine, or related fields.

b. Technical Skills:

Prior experience with animal experiments.

Proficiency in mouse genotyping, phenotypic characterization, and stereotactic injection techniques.

c. Abilities:Strong learning capacity and hands-on skills, with the ability to quickly master new techniques.

d. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
