學(xué)院介紹

南京大學(xué)化學(xué)化工學(xué)院是我國(guó)最早設(shè)立的化學(xué)院系之一，始建于1920年，后由原中央大學(xué)化學(xué)系和金陵大學(xué)化學(xué)系合并成立南京大學(xué)化學(xué)系，1993年成立化學(xué)化工學(xué)院。學(xué)院化學(xué)學(xué)科為一級(jí)學(xué)科國(guó)家重點(diǎn)學(xué)科，在歷次學(xué)科評(píng)估中均名列前茅。2017年，化學(xué)、化學(xué)工程與技術(shù)兩個(gè)學(xué)科入選國(guó)家“雙一流”建設(shè)學(xué)科。

學(xué)院擁有一支高水平的教師隊(duì)伍，總體規(guī)模158人，其中中國(guó)科學(xué)院院士1名、長(zhǎng)江學(xué)者特聘教授9名、國(guó)家杰出青年科學(xué)基金獲得者25名、國(guó)家級(jí)優(yōu)秀青年人才35名。

學(xué)院擁有配位化學(xué)國(guó)家重點(diǎn)實(shí)驗(yàn)室、生命分析化學(xué)國(guó)家重點(diǎn)實(shí)驗(yàn)室、介觀化學(xué)教育部重點(diǎn)實(shí)驗(yàn)室、高性能高分子材料與技術(shù)教育部重點(diǎn)實(shí)驗(yàn)室（B類）、江蘇省先進(jìn)有機(jī)材料重點(diǎn)實(shí)驗(yàn)室等科研平臺(tái)。一大批具有國(guó)際先進(jìn)水平的儀器設(shè)備為學(xué)院的教學(xué)科研活動(dòng)提供了一流的條件保障。

學(xué)院廣泛開(kāi)展國(guó)際學(xué)術(shù)交流與合作，與加州大學(xué)伯克利分校、密歇根大學(xué)、悉尼大學(xué)、安大略理工大學(xué)等國(guó)內(nèi)外多所著名高校、科研機(jī)構(gòu)和知名企業(yè)建立了長(zhǎng)期的交流合作關(guān)系，成功主辦了一系列國(guó)內(nèi)外高水平學(xué)術(shù)會(huì)議，具有較大的國(guó)際影響力。

一、招聘崗位設(shè)置

南京大學(xué)化學(xué)化工學(xué)院擬面向全球招聘有志于從事化學(xué)、化學(xué)工程與技術(shù)領(lǐng)域各主要研究方向的優(yōu)秀青年人才到學(xué)院工作。本次擬招聘準(zhǔn)聘副教授、準(zhǔn)聘助理教授崗位，招聘總?cè)藬?shù)不超過(guò)7人。

準(zhǔn)聘副教授崗位研究方向包括：

（1）功能配合物（能源存儲(chǔ)和轉(zhuǎn)化）

（2）多技術(shù)融合的合成化學(xué)（天然產(chǎn)物化學(xué)合成/生物合成/計(jì)算機(jī)輔助合成等）

（3）物理化學(xué)

（4）高分子材料化學(xué)（高分子新合成方法學(xué),超分子組裝,聚合催化體系等）

（5）綠色化工（尤其是微納氣液、液液、液固流體與材料相關(guān)方向）

準(zhǔn)聘助理教授崗位研究方向包括：

（1）生物醫(yī)用高分子（重大疾病發(fā)生發(fā)展機(jī)制、腦機(jī)智能技術(shù)、腦認(rèn)知、重大腦疾病早期干預(yù)、類腦計(jì)算與應(yīng)用等）

（2）免疫化學(xué)生物學(xué)

（5）突出的科研成果顯示度與未來(lái)科研發(fā)展?jié)摿Γ簯?yīng)有相關(guān)研究方向的成果顯示度，對(duì)相關(guān)研究領(lǐng)域有原創(chuàng)性觀點(diǎn)，未來(lái)研究計(jì)劃思路清晰，具有較好的學(xué)術(shù)潛力。

About the School

The School of Chemistry and Chemical Engineering (SCCE) at Nanjing University (NJU) is amongst the oldest colleges and departments in China. The Chemistry Department can be traced back to 1920, and was later amalgamated by the Chemistry Department of the former Central University and the Chemistry Department of the former Jinling University. SCCE was set up in 1993, and is now composed of three departments: Chemistry, Chemical Engineering and Polymer Science and Engineering. In 2017, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering and Technology were selected into the list of national first-class construction disciplines.

SCCE has 158 faculty members, 1 members of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, 9 Cheung Kong Scholars of Ministry of Education (MOE), 25 winners of National Science Foundation of China (NSFC) fund for Distinguished Young Scholars, 35 national outstanding young talents.

SCCE hosts the State Key Laboratory of Coordination Chemistry, the State Key Laboratory of Analytical Chemistry for Life Science, the Key Laboratory of Mesoscopic Chemistry of Ministry of Education and the Key Laboratory of High Performance Macromolecule Materials and Technology of Ministry of Education.

SCCE has established extensive international cooperation and academic exchanges with foreign institutions. It has hosted and sponsored a number of international conferences, symposiums and workshops on various topics. Many world leading chemists including several Nobel laureates have been invited to present lectures. Faculty members have been regularly invited to give plenary and keynote talks in the international conferences and symposiums.

Positions

SCCE seeks outstanding candidates for tenue-track faculty positions.

Tenure-track associate professor positions (up to 5) in the following research fields:

1. Functional complexes (energy storage and conversion)

2. Synthetic Chemistry (synthesis of natural products / biosynthesis / computer-aided synthesis, etc.)

3. Physical Chemistry

4. Chemistry of Polymer Materials (new polymer synthesis methodology, supramolecular assembly, polymerization catalytic system, etc.)

5. Green Chemical Engineering (micro-/nano-fluid or materials for processes/reactions including gas-liquid, liquid-liquid, and liquid-solid phase)

Tenure-track assistant professor positions (up to 2) in the following research fields:

1. Biomedical polymer (mechanisms of occurrence and development of major diseases, brain computer intelligence technology, brain cognition, early intervention for major brain diseases, brain-like computing and application, etc.)

2. Immunol chemical biology

Qualifications

1. Compliance with law and regulations of the People's Republic of China, devoted to teaching and research.

2. Good professional ethics and noble individual virtues, abide by the academic norms, work with due diligence, have no criminal record and have no record of violating teaching ethics and academic ethics.

3. Ph.D. in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or related disciplines. Post-doctoral experience with an extensive publication record in high quality journals, a commitment to excellence in research and teaching.

4. Excellent teaching abilities, competent in the core basic courses and the frontier courses of the discipline, good Pedagogy, and good presentation skills.

5. Outstanding development potential, ability to engage with broader Chemistry / Chemical Engineering themes for the purpose of achieving transformative and translational research gains.
