二、主要承擔(dān)任務(wù)：
1.負(fù)責(zé)英語(yǔ)教學(xué)中心的英語(yǔ)教學(xué)任務(wù)；
2.負(fù)責(zé)各類英語(yǔ)測(cè)試的監(jiān)考、閱卷、試卷整理、成績(jī)錄入及分析等相關(guān)工作；
3.定期參與學(xué)院及部門組織的教學(xué)研討會(huì)，提升教學(xué)效果及質(zhì)量；
4.組織、指導(dǎo)學(xué)生參加相關(guān)英語(yǔ)活動(dòng)及各類英語(yǔ)競(jìng)賽，給學(xué)生解答英語(yǔ)學(xué)習(xí)相關(guān)的疑問；
5.完成學(xué)院交辦的其他事項(xiàng)。
三、其他相關(guān)要求：
1.具有國(guó)際通行的語(yǔ)言教學(xué)資格證書，如TEFL（通用英語(yǔ)教師資格證書）、TESOL（對(duì)外英語(yǔ)教學(xué)資格證書）等；
2.具有兩年及以上高等教育相關(guān)教學(xué)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)；
3.責(zé)任心強(qiáng)、工作細(xì)致，有團(tuán)隊(duì)意識(shí)和合作精神。

Recruitment Advertisement for Full-time ForeignTeachers at AIEN Institute
I. Basic recruitment information:

Degree requirements: Bachelor's degree or above
Proposed department: Center for English LanguageTeaching
Effective Date: From the date of publication of therecruitment advertisement to December 31, 2024 (until full enrollment)
II. Main tasks undertaken:
i. Responsible for the English teaching tasks
ii. Responsible for invigilating, grading,organizing, inputting, and analyzing various English assessments;
iii. Regularly participate in teaching seminarsorganized by the institute and department, improve teaching effectiveness andquality;
iv. Organize and guide students to participate inrelevant English activities and various English competitions, and answerquestions related to English learning for students;
v. Complete other tasks assigned by the institute.
III. Other relevant requirements:
i. Have an internationally accepted languageteaching qualification certificate, such as TEFL, TESOL, etc;
ii. At least two years of experience in teachingrelated to higher education;
iii. Strong sense of responsibility, meticulouswork ethic, team spirit and sense of cooperation.
IV. Offer
