一、醫(yī)院簡(jiǎn)介（Hospital Overview）

二、項(xiàng)目概況（Project Overview）

國家自然科學(xué)基金委員實(shí)施優(yōu)秀青年科學(xué)基金（海外）項(xiàng)目，旨在吸引和鼓勵(lì)在自然科學(xué)、工程技術(shù)等方面已取得較好成績(jī)的海外優(yōu)秀青年學(xué)者（含非華裔外籍人才）回國（來華）工作，自主選擇研究方向開展創(chuàng)新性研究，促進(jìn)青年科學(xué)技術(shù)人才的快速成長，培養(yǎng)一批有望進(jìn)入世界科技前沿的優(yōu)秀學(xué)術(shù)骨干，為科技強(qiáng)國建設(shè)貢獻(xiàn)力量。

The Science Fund Program for Distinguished Young Scholars (Overseas) aims to attract and support exceptional young scholars from abroad, including non-Chinese foreign experts who have made significant contributions to the fields of natural sciences, engineering, and technology. This initiative invites these scholars to return to China to pursue innovative research in their chosen fields, accelerate the development of young scientific and technological talent, cultivate a cadre of leading academic pioneers at the forefront of global science and technology, and strengthen the nation's capacity in these critical areas.

三、申請(qǐng)條件( Application Requirements)

1、遵守中華人民共和國法律法規(guī)，具有良好的科學(xué)道德，自覺踐行新時(shí)代科學(xué)家精神；

Adhere to the laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China, uphold the highest standards of scientific ethics, and embody the spirit of the modern scientist.

2、年齡不超過40歲；

Age not exceeding 40 years.

3、具有博士學(xué)位；

Have a doctorate degree.

4、研究方向主要為自然科學(xué)、工程技術(shù)等；

Primary research focus in natural sciences or engineering technology.

5、在海外高校、科研機(jī)構(gòu)、企業(yè)研發(fā)機(jī)構(gòu)獲得正式教學(xué)或者科研職位，且具有連續(xù)36個(gè)月以上工作經(jīng)歷；在海外取得博士學(xué)位且業(yè)績(jī)特別突出的，可適當(dāng)放寬工作年限要求；

Hold a formal teaching or research position at an overseas university, research institution, or corporate R&D department, with at least 36 consecutive months of work experience. For those who have obtained a PhD overseas and demonstrated exceptional achievements, the work experience requirement may be relaxed accordingly.

6、取得同行專家認(rèn)可的科研或技術(shù)等成果，且具有成為該領(lǐng)域?qū)W術(shù)帶頭人或杰出人才的發(fā)展?jié)摿Γ?/p>

Have achieved research or technological outcomes recognized by peers in the field and demonstrate the potential to become a leading scholar or outstanding talent in the area of expertise.

7、申請(qǐng)人尚未全職回國（來華）工作，獲資助通知后須辭去海外工作或在海外無工作，全職回國（來華）工作不少于3年。

The applicant has not yet begun full-time employment in China. Upon receiving the grant notification, they must resign from any overseas position or be without employment abroad and commit to working full-time in China for no less than three years.

四、醫(yī)院提供相應(yīng)支持條件 (Support conditions)

1、職業(yè)發(fā)展路徑：入選者受聘為新體制教研系列崗位；

Career Development: Appointment through the “Tenure Track System.”

2、優(yōu)厚薪酬待遇：不低于70萬基本年薪，同時(shí)享受科研績(jī)效及成果獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)；

Compensation and Benefits: Annual salary not less than 700,000 CNY, plus eligible rewards for performance and achievements in scientific research.

3、良好住房條件：提供青年公寓、特別住房補(bǔ)貼等良好的生活支持條件；

Housing: Provision of youth apartments and special housing subsidies.

4、有力學(xué)術(shù)支持：提供400-600萬科研啟動(dòng)經(jīng)費(fèi)（含國家配套）；提供充足的工作辦公空間；支持組建創(chuàng)新團(tuán)隊(duì)，提供研究生招生名額及博士后招聘指標(biāo)；

Academic Support: Provide 4 to 6 million RMB in research start-up funding, offer ample office and workspace, support the establishment of an innovation team, and allocate graduate student enrollment slots and postdoctoral recruitment quotas.

5、完善生活保障：協(xié)助解決子女入學(xué)、入托，享受北京市優(yōu)質(zhì)教育資源。

Living Security: Access to high-quality educational resources for children.
