貝卡爾特(中國）技術(shù)研發(fā)有限公司坐落于無錫江陰市高新技術(shù)開發(fā)區(qū)，是貝卡爾特集團在北亞區(qū)的唯一一所研發(fā)中心和工程中心。貝卡爾特（中國）技術(shù)研發(fā)有限公司致力于新產(chǎn)品和新工藝的研發(fā)，運用技術(shù)手段為大生產(chǎn)的降本增效提供有力支持，并為整個貝卡爾特集團在北亞區(qū)的20多家運營場所提供人才儲備。公司集工業(yè)材料研發(fā)、設備設計及制造、研發(fā)樣品試驗、工程測試于一體。

二、招聘崗位

研發(fā)項目經(jīng)理（招聘人數(shù)：2人）

Your Role職責描述：

1.Promote technological innovation in relevant fields推動相關(guān)領域的技術(shù)創(chuàng)新：

2.In-depth study of theoretical knowledge in related technical fields, and deepen the cognitive level of core areas continuously深入鉆研相關(guān)技術(shù)領域的理論知識，不斷加深核心領域的認知水平

3.Keep a close eye on external technology development trends through literature reading, patent search, and participation in related technical exchanges 通過文獻閱讀，專利檢索，參與相關(guān)技術(shù)交流，保持對外部技術(shù)發(fā)展趨勢的密切關(guān)注

4.Based on company’s strategic focused area, generate new ideas, and complete feasibility study by organizing internal and external resources基于公司創(chuàng)新戰(zhàn)略側(cè)重點，形成新的idea，并且組織內(nèi)外部資源完成可行性探索

5.Be responsible for new technology development project負責新技術(shù)研發(fā)項目：

6.Complete business case validation of project based on technical feasibility report基于技術(shù)可行性報告, 完成項目的business case論證

7.Participate in formulating project goals/scopes, working out project plans, coordinating resources to promote project implementation, organizing project management meetings, and reporting project progress and risks regularly參與制定項目目標/范圍，形成項目計劃，協(xié)調(diào)資源推進項目執(zhí)行，定期組織項目管理會議，匯報項目進展及風險

8.After the closure of project, support relevant departments to promote industrialization of project and provide continuous technical support項目關(guān)閉后，支持相關(guān)部門有序推進項目的工業(yè)化及后續(xù)技術(shù)支持

9.Keep regular technical exchanges with customers, suppliers, universities, research institutes, establish effective connections with external networking, and improve the efficiency and effectiveness of technology research and development定期參與客戶/供應商/高校/研究院所等機構(gòu)的技術(shù)交流，建立與外部資源網(wǎng)絡的有效連接，提升技術(shù)研發(fā)的效率和效果

Your Profile任職要求：

1.Master degree and above, major in Mechanics, Material and Chemistry 機械/材料/化學專業(yè)碩士學位

2.Proficient in spoken and written English良好的英語聽說讀寫能力

3.Strong communication and presentation skills較強的溝通和表達能力

4.Strong learning and innovation capability較強的學習能力和和創(chuàng)新能力

5.Good project management skills, PMP is preferred良好的項目管理能力，PMP優(yōu)先

研發(fā)工程師（招聘人數(shù)：3人）

Your Role職責描述：

1.Build deep know-how of steel cord manufacturing process, pay close attention to the external technology trends by literature study, patent review, technical communication, etc.熟練掌握鋼簾線工藝基礎知識，并且通過文獻閱讀，專利檢索，學術(shù)交流等方式，保持對外部技術(shù)發(fā)展趨勢的密切關(guān)注

2.Actively contribute new idea for technical innovation, finish the technical feasibility study積極參與相關(guān)區(qū)域的技術(shù)創(chuàng)新，貢獻新idea，并且完成相應的可行性評估

3.Lead or participate the new technology development project, including defining objective, scope, plan, coordinating the cross-function resource to executing the project plan to successful closur參與或負責新技術(shù)開發(fā)項目，包括制定項目目標，范圍，計劃，協(xié)調(diào)相關(guān)部門資源推進項目按時交付

4.Support the operation team for new technology industrialization and problem solving支持運營部門完成新技術(shù)的工業(yè)化推廣及相應問題的解決

Your Profile任職要求：

1.MS degree and above in mechanical, material, chemical background機械/材料/化學專業(yè)碩士學位

2.Good communication in English良好的英語聽說讀寫能力

3.Strong communication skills and presentation skills較強的溝通和表達能力

4.Strong learning ability and curiosity to new opportunities較強的學習能力，對新鮮事物有好奇心
