二、招聘崗位及條件

1. 招聘崗位：博士后（2名）

2. 任職條件：

（1）40周歲以下；

（2）獲得或即將獲得博士學位；

（3）音頻/語音、多媒體、麥克風陣列、機器學習/深度學習等相關方向；

（4）具有良好的論文發(fā)表記錄。

三、薪酬待遇

根據個人科研工作能力和博士后有關規(guī)定從優(yōu)發(fā)放。課題組將提供穩(wěn)定的工作環(huán)境與一流的研究平臺，協(xié)助申報博士后相關項目，并根據興趣與需求支持個人的職業(yè)發(fā)展。

對獲得中國博士后科學基金資助和省級博士后科研項目資助的，市財政給予1:1配套資助。對出站留杭（來杭）工作的博士后，給予每人40萬元補助。

Postdoctoral position in Xiaofei Li Lab, School of Engineering

Introduction of The Lab/ Research Field

Xiaofei Li Lab works on audio/speech signal processing and perception. Job Description

Position: Postdoctoral Researcher

Requirements:

1）Have obtained or about to obtain a Ph.D. degree, aged under 40.

2) Strong expertise in at least one of the following topics: audio/speech processing, multimedia, microphone array signal processing, machine/deep learning.

Compensation and Benefits

The research team offers a competitive compensation package commensurate with the selected candidate’s qualifications and experience. Applications for relevant projects and programs will be encouraged and supported.

For postdoctoral fellow who selected for China Postdoctoral Science Foundation or Advanced Programs of Zhejiang Province will be entitled to receive the same amount funds from the Hangzhou government.

For postdoctoral fellow who full-time work in Hangzhou after completing their post-doc research will be eligible for applying allowance of 400,000RMB from the Hangzhou government.
