　　Job Description

　　The Timchenko Laboratory is seeking a post-doctoral fellow to investigate mechanisms and treatments of Myotonic Dystrophy type 1 (DM1). The laboratory is focused on translational studies of adult and congenital DM1. We use human tissue samples, human primary cultured cells and mouse models for DM1 and CDM1 to examine the role of GSK3 signaling in DM1 molecular pathophysiology. The postdoc will investigate GSK3 targets in CDM1 and DM1.

　　Requirements: Candidates with PhD degree with experience in murine models of disease, cell culture and molecular studies are preferred.
