深圳灣實(shí)驗(yàn)室位于粵港澳大灣區(qū)核心引擎，是深圳新建立的生命健康科學(xué)研究機(jī)構(gòu)，由詹啟敏院士擔(dān)任實(shí)驗(yàn)室主任，林建華教授擔(dān)任特別顧問，吳云東院士任實(shí)驗(yàn)室直屬研究機(jī)構(gòu)深圳健康科學(xué)研究院院長。實(shí)驗(yàn)室由北京大學(xué)深圳研究生院與相關(guān)單位共同舉辦，協(xié)同粵港澳大灣區(qū)健康科學(xué)領(lǐng)域具有研究基礎(chǔ)和應(yīng)用優(yōu)勢(shì)的單位合作共建。

一、招聘對(duì)象

海內(nèi)外知名院校及科研機(jī)構(gòu)中，從事生命科學(xué)前沿研究的各層次人才。崗位包括首席科學(xué)家，資深研究員（tenured），特聘研究員（預(yù)聘，tenure-track）。深圳灣實(shí)驗(yàn)室重點(diǎn)關(guān)注以下7個(gè)方向（申請(qǐng)人可明確其首選方向，亦可注明其他）：

分子生物學(xué)：研究DNA復(fù)制和修復(fù)，RNA轉(zhuǎn)錄和加工，蛋白質(zhì)合成、加工和定位，表觀遺傳學(xué)，細(xì)胞的信號(hào)轉(zhuǎn)導(dǎo)等科學(xué)問題，發(fā)明和推進(jìn)基礎(chǔ)研究與產(chǎn)業(yè)中重要的分子生物學(xué)技術(shù)。

系統(tǒng)生物學(xué)：深入認(rèn)識(shí)生命體內(nèi)各重要組成部分的性質(zhì)和關(guān)聯(lián)，以系統(tǒng)學(xué)科交叉促進(jìn)新規(guī)律發(fā)現(xiàn)。包含生命科學(xué)理論與計(jì)算生物學(xué)、理論與計(jì)算化學(xué)、生物信息(包括大數(shù)據(jù))及相關(guān)多組學(xué)研究。

創(chuàng)新藥物：建立貫穿創(chuàng)新藥物研究上下游的全創(chuàng)新鏈，開展重大疾病創(chuàng)新藥物研究。

生物分析：以技術(shù)驅(qū)動(dòng)為基礎(chǔ)，側(cè)重發(fā)展前沿單細(xì)胞分析技術(shù)。

醫(yī)學(xué)工程：構(gòu)建包括基因?qū)用娴慕M學(xué)數(shù)據(jù)、醫(yī)學(xué)影像數(shù)據(jù)、健康大數(shù)據(jù)等數(shù)據(jù)獲取的硬件基礎(chǔ)。

癌癥：研究腫瘤篩查和早期診斷新技術(shù)，腫瘤治療新策略和新藥物，腫瘤分子變異和微環(huán)境相互作用的新理論，腫瘤大數(shù)據(jù)的模型、方法和應(yīng)用。

心血管與代謝疾�。�發(fā)展新的手段理解，預(yù)防與治療心血管疾病、糖尿病及代謝相關(guān)疾病。

二、應(yīng)聘條件

【資深研究職位】：主要包括首席科學(xué)家，資深研究員（tenured）

具有博士學(xué)位，應(yīng)在海內(nèi)外知名高校、科研院所擔(dān)任副教授、副研究員以上或相當(dāng)職務(wù)。

【預(yù)聘研究職位】：主要包括特聘研究員（預(yù)聘，tenure-track）

具有博士學(xué)位；應(yīng)聘人學(xué)術(shù)水平和資歷應(yīng)達(dá)到擔(dān)任海內(nèi)外知名高校助理教授或副教授職務(wù)的相應(yīng)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)；首聘期5-6年，后通過評(píng)估決定是否獲得長聘崗位（tenured）。

About SZBL

Shenzhen Bay Laboratory (SZBL) is a newly established institution focus on health sciences research, located in the heart of the China Great Bay Area, located in the heart of the China Great Bay Area. It was launched by the Peking University and Shenzhen City with an initial budget of $2 billion USD/5yr. The mission of the SZBL is to create a new research model to boost the health sciences and nurture the innovation-oriented biotechnology industry.

Whom we're looking for

SZBL will deliver cutting-edge technology to the international scientific community through worldwide innovation and collaboration with experts and we are looking for the brightest minds to help us achieve our goals.

We are looking to fill multiple faculty positions at all ranks. Applicants should have a doctoral degree in biology, chemistry, pharmacy and medicine or closely related fields. Postdoctoral experience is required for a junior position (Assistant Professor). Applicants for senior positions are expected to have a demonstrated publication and funding record indicative of a leading scientist.

We particularly welcome applications from those with research interests related to molecular biology, systems biology, drug discovery, bioanalytical science, biological engineering, cancer, cardiovascular and metabolic diseases. The applicant can identify which of the above areas is his or her primary areas. Review of applications will start April 2019, but positions will remain open until filled.
