上海交通大學(xué)生物醫(yī)學(xué)工程學(xué)院-個(gè)性化醫(yī)學(xué)研究院是中國(guó)科技部和中國(guó)教育部聯(lián)合支持的研究院。研究院的科研方向集中在個(gè)體化疾病診斷和個(gè)體化醫(yī)學(xué)治療，屬于醫(yī)學(xué)、工程、生物、計(jì)算機(jī)交叉學(xué)科的范疇。

Shanghai Jiao Tong University (SJTU) School of Biomedical Engineering – Institute for Personalized Medicine is co-funded by China Ministry of Science and Technology and China Ministry of Education. The institute focuses its research on personalized disease diagnostics and personalized disease therapeutics. The institute highly emphasizes multi-disciplinary fields including biomedical, engineering, biology, bioinformatics and computer science. The institute is highly international as well.

研究院由中組部“頂尖人才”獲得者、美國(guó)工程院院士、臺(tái)灣中央研究院院士、美國(guó)加州大學(xué)洛杉磯分校(UCLA)前科研副校長(zhǎng)何志明(Chih-Ming Ho)教授主持，得到國(guó)家和學(xué)校的大力支持，具有良好的研究條件和嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)活躍的研究氛圍。本研究院目前承擔(dān)包括比爾蓋茨基金會(huì)、中國(guó)科技部“十二五重大專項(xiàng)”、國(guó)家自然基金委在內(nèi)的多項(xiàng)重大國(guó)際性合作項(xiàng)目，合作國(guó)家涉及歐、亞、美洲10余所重點(diǎn)實(shí)驗(yàn)室。因科研工作需要，現(xiàn)公開招聘博士后研究員3名：

The institute is led by Prof. Chih-Ming Ho, who is a former vice-president of University of California Los Angeles (UCLA), a member of American Academy of Engineering, a member of Academia Sinica and a member of China “Top-People-plan”. The institute is currently carrying National “Major Drug Development Project”, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation “HIV and TB new therapeutics development project” and more than 10 international personalized medicine related collaborations. The institute is now open for 2 postdoctoral fellow research positions:

一、 藥物數(shù)據(jù)分析和數(shù)據(jù)挖掘崗位(drug combination optimization and analysis)：

崗位職責(zé)(major duty)：

1、 主要從事多藥物的相互作用數(shù)據(jù)分析工作(multi-drug interaction experimental study)

2、 負(fù)責(zé)建立藥物劑量與藥效的細(xì)胞、動(dòng)物模型(drug combination dose-efficacy evaluation in vivo and in vitro)

3、 多藥物系統(tǒng)的建模與大數(shù)據(jù)挖掘工作(bioinformatics and data mining)

4、 參與課題組項(xiàng)目的科研工作，為項(xiàng)目順利開展提供實(shí)驗(yàn)技術(shù)支撐(technical support for biological experiments)

5、 協(xié)助實(shí)驗(yàn)室的日常管理工作(daily lab technical supports)

招聘要求(requirement)：

1、 控制、系統(tǒng)建模、生物統(tǒng)計(jì)、系統(tǒng)生物學(xué)、大規(guī)模數(shù)據(jù)挖掘 背景(background in pharmacology, bioinformatics, data mining, biology or modeling are all acceptable)

6、 熟悉基本生物實(shí)驗(yàn)原理者優(yōu)先(biomedical related research background are preferred)

二、 體外診斷芯片開發(fā)崗位(bio-chip design and development)：

崗位職責(zé)(major duty)：

1、 基于化學(xué)、物理等反應(yīng)實(shí)現(xiàn)針對(duì)重大疾病的生物芯片開發(fā)(biosensor development for multi-targeting disease diagnostics)

2、 微流控（microfluidics）體外診斷芯片的設(shè)計(jì)、加工和測(cè)試工作(microfluidics lab-on-chip design and fabrication)

3、 針對(duì)微量體液（血液、唾液、尿液）進(jìn)行代謝產(chǎn)物的快速診斷(blood, urine or saliva based diagnostic chips)

4、 參與課題組項(xiàng)目的科研工作，為項(xiàng)目順利開展提供實(shí)驗(yàn)技術(shù)支撐(technical support for biological experiments)

6、 協(xié)助實(shí)驗(yàn)室的日常管理工作(daily lab technical supports)
