Position Summary
NYU Shanghai is looking for a short-term contracted Customer Service Specialist for the following Fall semester (August 2021 to December 2021).
The Customer Service Specialist supports the daily operation of the NYU Shanghai Department of Public Safety, mainly in completing the routine tasks at Public Safety Command Center, including Count the daily operation data of command center, assist to maintain and optimize OA system, answering the 24/7 emergency hotline, managing Lost & Found and the NYUCard services, as well as handling administrative documents, etc.
客服專(zhuān)員支持上海紐約大學(xué)公共安全部的日常運(yùn)行，主要是處理公共安全部指揮中心的日常工作，包括統(tǒng)計(jì)指揮中心日常運(yùn)營(yíng)的數(shù)據(jù)，輔助維護(hù)并優(yōu)化OA系統(tǒng)，接聽(tīng)公共安全部24小時(shí)應(yīng)急熱線(xiàn)，管理失物招領(lǐng)和校園卡業(yè)務(wù)，處理相關(guān)行政文檔等。
Responsibilities:
● Collect the daily operation data of the command center, assist to maintain and optimize OA system;
● 包括統(tǒng)計(jì)指揮中心日常運(yùn)營(yíng)的數(shù)據(jù)，輔助維護(hù)并優(yōu)化OA系統(tǒng)；
● Responsible for handling daily routine tasks, including replying emails in English/Chinese, answering to safety concerns from students, faculty and visitors about safety issues;
● 負(fù)責(zé)處理上海紐約大學(xué)指揮中心日常事務(wù)，包括回復(fù)英語(yǔ)郵件，用英語(yǔ)回答學(xué)生、教師、訪(fǎng)客提出的相關(guān)問(wèn)題；
● Answer the 24/7 emergency hotline and communicate as needed and as appropriate to relevant parties;
● 接聽(tīng)24小時(shí)緊急服務(wù)熱線(xiàn)，根據(jù)需要酌情向相關(guān)部門(mén)和人員做溝通匯報(bào);
● Manage the Lost & Found and NYUCard Services;
● 負(fù)責(zé)失物招領(lǐng)和校園卡服務(wù);
● Provide timely and productive communications, both verbally and in writing, to the Security Operations Manager.
● 向保安經(jīng)理及時(shí)口頭及書(shū)面匯報(bào)安全指揮中心的工作情況。
Qualifications
● College degree or above, Computer major is preferred;
● 大專(zhuān)及以上學(xué)歷, 計(jì)算機(jī)專(zhuān)業(yè)為佳;
● Skilled in office software applications (Excel, Word, PPT);
● 具備較強(qiáng)的辦公軟件運(yùn)用能力 (Excel, Word, PPT);
● Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing in Mandarin/English for the purpose of public interaction and report writing;
● 具備較好的英語(yǔ)聽(tīng)說(shuō)讀寫(xiě)能力, 能夠使用中文和英語(yǔ)交流并完成書(shū)面報(bào)告;
● Ability to maintain satisfactory attendance and punctuality standard;
● 嚴(yán)格要求自己，準(zhǔn)時(shí)出勤;
● Ability to provide quality customer service with a friendly and professional demeanor;
● 能夠以師生、教職工為中心提供專(zhuān)業(yè)、滿(mǎn)意的服務(wù);
● Neat and professional appearance;
● 整潔的儀容儀表;
● No criminal convictions as specified under NYU Shanghai guidelines.
● 無(wú)犯罪記錄;
● Authorized to work in Shanghai, PRC.
● 能夠在上海工作。
