浙江大學(xué)國(guó)際聯(lián)合商學(xué)院（International Business School, Zhejiang University, ZIBS）正式成立于2020年11月，是浙江大學(xué)國(guó)際校區(qū)自2016年落戶(hù)海寧以來(lái)，在提升辦學(xué)層次、優(yōu)化辦學(xué)布局方面的重要舉措。ZIBS充分利用一帶一路、長(zhǎng)三角一體化、杭州大灣區(qū)發(fā)展的戰(zhàn)略機(jī)遇，實(shí)施以浙大為核心的多機(jī)構(gòu)、多學(xué)科、多層次的伙伴合作戰(zhàn)略。

一、崗位設(shè)置及待遇

國(guó)際聯(lián)合商學(xué)院將以項(xiàng)目和學(xué)科發(fā)展需求為導(dǎo)向，自主設(shè)立教授、副教授和助理教授崗位，通過(guò)全球招聘，建立一支具備國(guó)際視野的高水平全職師資團(tuán)隊(duì)。

研究方向包括：金融科技與大數(shù)據(jù)分析、保險(xiǎn)與風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理、領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力與組織行為、運(yùn)營(yíng)與供應(yīng)鏈管理、市場(chǎng)營(yíng)銷(xiāo)等。 

將根據(jù)引進(jìn)人才的具體情況提供具有國(guó)際競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的薪資待遇和科研支撐條件。

二、基本條件

教授（Professor）

一般應(yīng)具有世界高水平大學(xué)或國(guó)際一流商學(xué)院終身副教授及以上專(zhuān)業(yè)技術(shù)職務(wù)，或國(guó)內(nèi)管理學(xué)或經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)A+學(xué)科的教授。

應(yīng)在其學(xué)術(shù)領(lǐng)域保持長(zhǎng)期、穩(wěn)定、高水平的研究活動(dòng)和成果產(chǎn)出，在專(zhuān)業(yè)領(lǐng)域擁有卓著的學(xué)術(shù)影響力，擁有豐富的國(guó)內(nèi)外學(xué)術(shù)資源，能夠規(guī)劃學(xué)科方向并領(lǐng)導(dǎo)研究團(tuán)隊(duì)，且具有豐富的全英文課程教學(xué)經(jīng)驗(yàn)。

副教授（Associate Professor）

一般應(yīng)具有世界高水平大學(xué)助理教授（Assistant Professor）及以上專(zhuān)業(yè)技術(shù)職務(wù)；或在國(guó)際頂尖大學(xué)獲得博士學(xué)位且具有連續(xù)2年以上的博士后經(jīng)歷或國(guó)際知名公司從業(yè)經(jīng)歷；或國(guó)內(nèi)管理學(xué)或經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)A+學(xué)科的優(yōu)秀副教授。

應(yīng)在其專(zhuān)業(yè)領(lǐng)域具有良好學(xué)術(shù)影響力和顯著的學(xué)術(shù)活躍度，能夠主持高水平研究項(xiàng)目和獨(dú)立指導(dǎo)研究生，能夠獨(dú)立承擔(dān)全英文課程的開(kāi)發(fā)、教學(xué)，教學(xué)效果優(yōu)良。

助理教授（Assistant Professor）

一般應(yīng)在世界高水平大學(xué)獲得博士學(xué)位且有連續(xù) 2 年以上博士后或從業(yè)經(jīng)歷；或在國(guó)際頂尖大學(xué)獲得博士學(xué)位的應(yīng)屆畢業(yè)生。

在其自身研究領(lǐng)域有一定的學(xué)術(shù)成果和較大的學(xué)術(shù)潛力，能夠獨(dú)立承擔(dān)全英文課程教學(xué)和研究生指導(dǎo)。

三、支持條件

學(xué)院將為入選者提供優(yōu)越的工作和生活條件：

1.具有國(guó)際競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的薪酬；

2.住房：提供教師公寓租住，全職教師可申購(gòu)國(guó)際校區(qū)人才房1套；

3.聘任：納入浙江大學(xué)長(zhǎng)聘教師聘任體系；

4.支持申報(bào)各類(lèi)人才項(xiàng)目。

Zhejiang University International Business School (ZIBS) was inaugurated in November 2018, marking a major step of Zhejiang University (ZJU) to enrich its level of international education and optimize its offering and standards of academic programs. I. Positions and Benefits Package

Based on the development needs of its programs and disciplines, Professor, Associate Professor and Assistant Professor are open for application at ZIBS. Through global recruitment, we strive to build a high-level full-time faculty team with global vision and international educational background.

Teaching and research areas include: Fintech and Big data analytics, insurance and risk management, leadership and organizational behavior, operations and supply chain management, marketing, etc.

Each faculty member will be provided with an internationally competitive salary and benefits package.

II. Requirements

Professor

Shall hold a position of tenured associate professor or above at a world-class university or a world-class business school, or a position of professor at management or economics rated as A+ assessed by Chinese Ministry of Education.

Shall engage in long-term, stable and high-level research activities and sustain a high level of productivity in his/ her academic area. The applicant shall have a strong reputation and scholarly impact in his/ her specialized area, have access to rich academic resources in and outside China, be able to plan future directions of disciplines, lead research teams, and have rich experience in lecturing in English.

Associate Professor

Shall hold a position of assistant professor or above at a world-class university; or have obtained a doctoral degree from a top-tier university, and have post-doctoral experience for 2 consecutive years or work experience at a world renowned company, or be an associate professor of management or economics rated as A+ assessed by Chinese Ministry of Education.

Shall have good scholarly impact, be significantly active in academic work, and be able to preside over high-level research projects, independently advise graduate students, and independently develop courses in English, and offer them with good effects.

Assistant Professor

Shall obtain a doctoral degree from a world-class university and have post-doctoral experience for 2 consecutive years or work experience in industries, or be a recent graduate who has obtained a doctoral degree from a top-tier university.

Shall have accomplishments in his/ her research areas with apparent academic potential and be able to independently lecture in English and advise graduate students.

III. Compensation and benefits

Salary and research initiation support will be commensurate with qualifications and competitive with international norms and housing support. Tenure-track faculty are eligible to purchase the subsidized the talent apartment.
