一、學(xué)校概況( About XPU)

Xi’an Polytechnic University enjoys a long history which is more than 100 years. In 1978, it was established as one of the three major universities under the leadership of the former Ministry of National Textile Industry. The distinctive feature of XPU is interdisciplinary integration with textile and apparel as its pillar. Now it has 16 first-level disciplines and owns abundant personnel resource including academician Yao Mu, chief scientists of the academicians studio, and members of the "San Qin scholars" and “Thousand of Talents Plan” of Shaanxi Province. XPU takes root in western China and provides services across the country. It adopts collaborative innovation project which makes strong disciplines link up with industry cluster, and has successfully joined four national industry alliance, set up 17 research institutes, and established nearly 100 practice and innovative entrepreneurial bases. XPU attaches great importance to the talent team construction and makes effort in building better environment for talents though creating opportunities and platforms for talent development, with the purpose of striving to build topnotch talent teams and laying solid foundation for pursuing and surpassing to build first-class university.

著名高校、研究機(jī)構(gòu)取得博士學(xué)位；學(xué)術(shù)業(yè)績(jī)較為突出，且具有發(fā)展成為本領(lǐng)域拔尖人才的潛力。

四、支持措施(Support Measures)
根據(jù)人才具體情況及工作需要，提供充足的科研經(jīng)費(fèi)，以綠色通道協(xié)助組建研究團(tuán)隊(duì)；提供優(yōu)厚的生活條件和待遇；為高層次人才解決配偶工作、子女入學(xué)等。
After being introduced, the talents will be provided with sufficient research funds, and help to set up research team and platform though the green channel. The accepted talents can enjoy specific living conditions including work permission and residence, spouse placement, children education and medical insurance.
