崗位職責(zé):

1.      以科學(xué)研究為主,完成博士后研究任務(wù);

2.      心血管或者電生理診療設(shè)備及導(dǎo)管的研制(1名)、人工智能算法研究(1名)、生物力學(xué)仿真(1名);

3.      獨(dú)立申報(bào)中國(guó)博士后科學(xué)基金和其他科研項(xiàng)目;

4.      協(xié)助合作導(dǎo)師申請(qǐng)科研項(xiàng)目;

5.      參與課題組的相關(guān)管理、分擔(dān)組內(nèi)事務(wù)等。

招聘條件:

1.      研究生學(xué)歷,博士學(xué)位;

2.      有心血管成像系統(tǒng)或者導(dǎo)管研發(fā)經(jīng)驗(yàn)、深度學(xué)習(xí)算法研究經(jīng)驗(yàn)、或者具備有限元分析求解研究經(jīng)歷;

3.      熱愛科研并具有良好的科研職業(yè)道德,具有良好的溝通能力和團(tuán)隊(duì)協(xié)作精神;

4.      有良好的英文口頭和書面表達(dá)能力;

5.      性格開朗、有上進(jìn)心、身體素質(zhì)良好。

待遇:

1.      基本年薪根據(jù)上海交通大學(xué)博士后標(biāo)準(zhǔn),另根據(jù)工作表現(xiàn)和研究情況發(fā)放績(jī)效獎(jiǎng)勵(lì),綜合年薪不低于30萬(wàn)(具體面議);

2.      根據(jù)上海市博士后管理政策辦理上海落戶;

課題組簡(jiǎn)介:上海交通大學(xué)生物醫(yī)學(xué)工程學(xué)院生物醫(yī)學(xué)儀器研究所由中國(guó)工程院院士陳亞珠創(chuàng)建,致力與高端醫(yī)療器械的研究與轉(zhuǎn)化。隸屬于研究所的心血管診療技術(shù)與臨床轉(zhuǎn)化課題組由教育部“長(zhǎng)江學(xué)者”特聘教授涂圣賢博士創(chuàng)建,主要從事心血管成像與生理功能學(xué)評(píng)估技術(shù)的研究與臨床轉(zhuǎn)化,先后承擔(dān)了科技部重點(diǎn)研發(fā)項(xiàng)目、國(guó)家自然科學(xué)基金委重點(diǎn)國(guó)際合作項(xiàng)目與上海市戰(zhàn)略新興產(chǎn)業(yè)重大項(xiàng)目等項(xiàng)目。課題組與上海博動(dòng)醫(yī)療科技股份有限公司成立了影像技術(shù)聯(lián)合實(shí)驗(yàn)室,成功研發(fā)了QFR、OFR與UFR等序列計(jì)算冠脈功能學(xué)評(píng)估技術(shù),并完成這些技術(shù)的產(chǎn)學(xué)研轉(zhuǎn)化與臨床驗(yàn)證,先后獲得國(guó)家藥監(jiān)局評(píng)審為創(chuàng)新/優(yōu)先審批醫(yī)療器械,在國(guó)內(nèi)外幾百家醫(yī)院獲得臨床應(yīng)用,并與國(guó)內(nèi)外數(shù)十家心血管領(lǐng)域知名醫(yī)院建立了緊密的研究合作,獲得2019年中國(guó)醫(yī)療器械創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)大賽人工智能組一等獎(jiǎng)、2020年上海市產(chǎn)學(xué)研項(xiàng)目?jī)?yōu)秀項(xiàng)目獎(jiǎng)一等獎(jiǎng)、2021年長(zhǎng)三角高附加值專利大賽一等獎(jiǎng)等榮譽(yù)。課題組在算法研發(fā)、產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)化以及臨床研究方面積累了豐富的經(jīng)驗(yàn),研究成果發(fā)表在柳葉刀、JACC等頂級(jí)期刊,獲得了國(guó)際心血管介入治療領(lǐng)域臨床專家的廣泛認(rèn)可,并受邀在心血管權(quán)威臨床期刊European Heart Journal發(fā)表綜述文章2篇。
