中國科學(xué)院深�？茖W(xué)與工程研究所（以下簡稱“深海所”）是由中科院、海南省、三亞市三方共建的直屬中科院的科研機(jī)構(gòu)，2016年5月正式運(yùn)行。2018年4月12日，總書記視察深海所。按照總書記關(guān)于“加快建設(shè)海洋強(qiáng)國”的重要指示，深海所致力于在我國臨近深海的前沿地區(qū)，開展深�？茖W(xué)研究和“深海進(jìn)入、深海探測、深海開發(fā)”等關(guān)鍵技術(shù)和裝備的研發(fā)，建設(shè)深�？茖W(xué)與工程的現(xiàn)代化基地和共享開放平臺，推動國家深海重大裝備在海南的集結(jié)，組建以海南為基地的陸海統(tǒng)籌的新時代國家深�？萍紤�(zhàn)略力量。

The Institute of Deep-sea Science and Engineering, Chinese Academy of Sciences (IDSSE), a scientific research institution directly affiliated with the Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS) jointly established by CAS, Hainan Province and Sanya City, was officially put into operation in May 2016. On April 12, 2018, General Secretary  inspected IDSSE. In accordance with his important instructions on "accelerating the construction of a maritime power", IDSSE has been committed to carrying out deep-sea scientific research and development of key technologies and equipment such as "deep-sea entry, deep-sea exploration, and deep-sea development" in the frontier areas adjacent to the deep sea around China, aiming to build a modern base and a shared open platform for deep-sea science and engineering, promoting the assembly of major national deep-sea equipment in Hainan, and forming a national deep-sea science and technology strategic force in the new era with Hainan as the base for the coordination of activities in land and sea. 

深海所積極探索體制機(jī)制創(chuàng)新，致力于打造“立足海南、輻射全國”的深�？萍紕�(chuàng)新“小核心、大網(wǎng)絡(luò)”協(xié)作攻關(guān)體系，與中科院內(nèi)外100多家單位形成實(shí)質(zhì)性的戰(zhàn)略合作聯(lián)盟。逐漸成為國家深海重大裝備的集結(jié)地。目前建有大型深海超高壓模擬實(shí)驗(yàn)裝置等岸基支持系統(tǒng)；擁有成體系的深海深淵著陸器；擁有“探索一號”“探索二號”2艘科考船（其中，“探索二號”與海南省深海技術(shù)創(chuàng)新中心共有）；作為業(yè)主單位，負(fù)責(zé)4500米載人潛水器“深海勇士”號和全海深載人潛水器“奮斗者”號載人潛水器的運(yùn)行維護(hù)。入圍中科院首批典型性實(shí)驗(yàn)室建設(shè)清單，牽頭組建深海科學(xué)與智能技術(shù)全國重點(diǎn)實(shí)驗(yàn)室。

IDSSE actively explores the innovation of institutional mechanism, and is committed to creating a collaborative research system of “a small core and a large network" for deep-sea scientific and technological innovation that is "based on Hainan and radiating the whole country". It has formed a substantial strategic cooperation alliance with more than 100 units, inside and outside of CAS, and has gradually become a gathering place for major national deep-sea equipment. At present, IDSSE has built a large-scale deep-sea ultra-high pressure simulation experimental device and other shore-based support systems. It has a systematic deep-sea abyss lander and two scientific research vessels; "Exploration I" and "Exploration II" (of which “Exploration II" is shared with the Hainan Deep-sea Technology Innovation Center). As the owner, IDSSE is responsible for the operation and maintenance of the 4500-meter manned submersible "Deep Sea Warrior" and the all-sea depth manned submersible “Fighter". IDSSE was shortlisted on the first batch of typical laboratory construction list of CAS and took the lead in establishing the National Key Laboratory of Deep Sea Science and Intelligent Technology.

Be able to accurately grasp the dynamics and development direction of the discipline, pay attention to strategic planning and forward-looking layout. Actively organize, plan and undertake major scientific research or engineering projects of China and CAS. Organize and lead the team to carry out scientific and technological innovation work with international standards, and obtain major achievements with important impact or overcome key core technical problems. Carry out high-level academic exchanges and cooperative research with well-known scientific research institutions, universities and enterprises at home and abroad, and take active part in cultivating young talents.  

2.申請資格條件 Eligibility Criteria

自覺遵守中國法律法規(guī)，具有良好的學(xué)術(shù)道德。

 Consciously abide by Chinese laws and regulations, and have good academic ethics.

年齡原則上不超過50周歲。

 Should have experience as a professor or equivalent position in well-known scientific research institutions, universities or large enterprise R&D institutions at home and abroad, and be an excellent academic and technical leader in related fields.

3.待遇支持 Welfare and Salary 

年薪：50-100萬元 

Annual salary: Half a million to one million RMB 

科研經(jīng)費(fèi)：入選國家、中科院人才項(xiàng)目的可配套500-800萬元科研經(jīng)費(fèi)； 

Scientific research funding: 5-8 million RMB in supporting scientific research funding for those selected for national and CAS talent projects. 

聘用崗位：全國重點(diǎn)實(shí)驗(yàn)室副主任/研究室主任/研究員； 

Positions: Deputy director of the national key laboratory/research laboratory director/researcher.

Strive for and undertake national scientific and technological tasks; obtain scientific research achievements recognized by domestic and foreign counterparts, and construct a scientific research team with strong innovation ability. 

2.申請資格條件  Eligibility Criteria

自覺遵守中國法律法規(guī)，具有良好的學(xué)術(shù)道德。 

Comply consciously with Chinese laws and regulations and have good academic ethics.

年齡原則上不超過40周歲。 

Normally not over the age of 40.

取得博士學(xué)位后在海內(nèi)外知名科研機(jī)構(gòu)、高�；虼笮推髽I(yè)研發(fā)機(jī)構(gòu)不少于3年（含）的科研工作經(jīng)歷，或具有擔(dān)任副教授或相當(dāng)崗位的任職經(jīng)歷。（在海外取得博士學(xué)位且特別優(yōu)秀的，工作年限可適當(dāng)放寬）。

Having obtained a doctorate degree, with at least (including) 3 years of research work experience in famous research institutions, universities or large enterprises at home and abroad, or with experience as an associate professor or equivalent positions. (For candidates who have obtained their doctoral degree overseas with exceptional merit, the working period can be relaxed appropriately).
