中國科學(xué)院上海巴斯德研究所病原菌定量基因組學(xué)研究組是一個快速發(fā)展的研究組（目前有5個成員，來自4個國家），該研究組通過分析基因組序列來研究細(xì)菌病原體的進(jìn)化。目前因工作需要，招聘科研助理一名。
一、崗位名稱
科研助理（崗位編號：2020D5）
二、主要職責(zé)
1.協(xié)助開展科學(xué)傳播項目，包括編寫科普材料、組織學(xué)術(shù)會議和科研小組等。
2.協(xié)助編寫科研文件材料，包括中英翻譯等。
3.負(fù)責(zé)研究組的日常管理，包括經(jīng)費預(yù)算，人員管理等。
三、基本條件
1.具有本科及以上學(xué)歷。
2.具有優(yōu)秀的中英文溝通能力。
3.具有相關(guān)科研背景或管理經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先。
4.對遺傳學(xué)和進(jìn)化感興趣,具有工作熱情。

Research Associate Recruitment
The COVID-19 outbreak has increased the interest of the public in pathogen evolution but presenting accurate information in an engaging way is challenging. The statistical genetics of bacteria laboratory at the Institut Pasteur of Shanghai, Chinese Academy of Sciences, is a rapidly growing international group (currently 5 members, 4 nationalities) that analyses genome sequences to study the evolution of bacterial pathogens.
We are searching for a Research Associate in science communication to take a leading role in communicating the results of the laboratory both to fellow scientists and the general public in China and worldwide. Position Level is flexible according to experience.
Mission :
-Assist with preparation of scientific documents, including translation from English into Chinese.
-Assist with daily life of the group, including budgeting, personnel matters etc.
Qualifications
-Bachelor degree or above
-Excellent English and Chinese communication skills
-Enthusiastic, entrepreneurial attitude
-Administrative experience preferred
-Interest in genetics and evolution
