深圳灣實(shí)驗(yàn)室簡(jiǎn)介

深圳灣實(shí)驗(yàn)室由深圳市科創(chuàng)委和北京大學(xué)深圳研究院共同舉辦，目標(biāo)是培育創(chuàng)建國(guó)家實(shí)驗(yàn)室、打造國(guó)家實(shí)驗(yàn)室“預(yù)備隊(duì)”。實(shí)驗(yàn)室立足中國(guó)最具創(chuàng)新力的城市深圳，吸納全國(guó)乃至全球的頂尖人才，圍繞生命信息、生物醫(yī)藥和醫(yī)學(xué)工程研究三個(gè)方面，開(kāi)展生物醫(yī)學(xué)領(lǐng)域前沿研究，解決人口與健康領(lǐng)域的重大科學(xué)問(wèn)題。實(shí)驗(yàn)室將面向國(guó)際前沿，站在國(guó)家高度，對(duì)接國(guó)家健康需求，緊密圍繞建設(shè)粵港澳大灣區(qū)國(guó)際科技創(chuàng)新中心的目標(biāo)，向建設(shè)國(guó)家實(shí)驗(yàn)室的目標(biāo)邁進(jìn)。深圳灣實(shí)驗(yàn)室理事會(huì)理事長(zhǎng)由深圳市人民政府市長(zhǎng)陳如桂擔(dān)任。實(shí)驗(yàn)室主任為詹啟敏院士，實(shí)驗(yàn)室主任常務(wù)副主任為吳云東院士。

傳染病研究所簡(jiǎn)介

深圳灣實(shí)驗(yàn)室傳染病研究所于2020年8月成立，是以基礎(chǔ)研究為本，結(jié)合公共健康及臨床研究，以孵化原創(chuàng)診斷方案、疫苗及藥物為產(chǎn)出的創(chuàng)新型研究機(jī)構(gòu)。研究所將聚焦傳染病基礎(chǔ)研究、抗感染免疫研究、抗感染藥物疫苗研發(fā)、新發(fā)突發(fā)傳染病診斷及傳染病流行病學(xué)研究五個(gè)方面，形成基于傳染病及公共健康研究的生物安全研發(fā)體系。研究所將聚焦并解決傳染病的重要科學(xué)問(wèn)題，將最新的基礎(chǔ)研究成果快速應(yīng)用轉(zhuǎn)化，為我國(guó)重大傳染病的預(yù)防、診斷和治療提供科技支撐。

一、招聘方向

研究所將聚焦重要傳染病病原學(xué)、致病機(jī)制、抗體及藥物制備、疫苗研發(fā)、病原體檢測(cè)等多個(gè)研究方向。涉及的病原體包括但不限于冠狀病毒、流感病毒、其他呼吸道類病毒、重要蟲媒病毒、結(jié)核桿菌、其他新發(fā)突發(fā)重要病原體等。研究所將招聘以下方向人才：

1、重要傳染病病原學(xué)及致病機(jī)制研究；

2、抗體工程（單克隆抗體的篩選及制備，抗體研究技術(shù)不限于傳染�。�；

3、抗病毒小分子藥物篩選；

4、重要傳染病的疫苗研發(fā)；

5、新發(fā)突發(fā)傳染病檢測(cè)新技術(shù)研發(fā)；

二、招聘對(duì)象及應(yīng)聘條件

從事傳染病學(xué)、抗病毒藥物、抗體研發(fā)、疫苗學(xué)研究的各層次人才。招聘崗位包括：資深研究員（長(zhǎng)聘PI, tenured）、特聘研究員（預(yù)聘PI，tenure-track）、研究員（非獨(dú)立PI）、副研究員、助理研究員。

資深研究員應(yīng)聘條件：在海外知名高校及科研院所擔(dān)任副教授及以上職務(wù)的科研人員，或在國(guó)內(nèi)著名高校及研究所擔(dān)任長(zhǎng)聘教授/研究員職務(wù)的科研人員。在某一領(lǐng)域已取得世界公認(rèn)的研究貢獻(xiàn)，研究成果處于領(lǐng)域內(nèi)研究前沿。

特聘研究員應(yīng)聘條件：具有博士學(xué)位及博士后研究經(jīng)歷。應(yīng)聘人學(xué)術(shù)水平和資歷應(yīng)達(dá)到擔(dān)任海內(nèi)外知名院校助理教授或副教授職務(wù)的相應(yīng)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，具備帶領(lǐng)科研團(tuán)隊(duì)科研攻關(guān)的能力，首聘期5-6年，后通過(guò)評(píng)估決定是否獲得長(zhǎng)聘崗位（tenured）。

研究員（正高級(jí)、非獨(dú)立PI）應(yīng)聘條件：具有博士學(xué)位，原則上在海內(nèi)外知名高校及科研院所擔(dān)任副研究員、高級(jí)工程師及以上職務(wù)的科研人員。對(duì)于抗體篩選制備及疫苗研發(fā)等應(yīng)用研究方向，歡迎有工業(yè)界研發(fā)經(jīng)驗(yàn)的科研人員申請(qǐng)。已取得較好的研究成果或掌握某一研究領(lǐng)域的核心技術(shù)，具有團(tuán)隊(duì)協(xié)作精神。

副研究員及助理研究員應(yīng)聘條件：具有博士學(xué)位，已取得較好的研究成果或掌握某一研究領(lǐng)域的核心技術(shù)，具有團(tuán)隊(duì)協(xié)作精神。對(duì)于抗體篩選制備及疫苗研發(fā)等應(yīng)用研究方向，歡迎有工業(yè)界研發(fā)經(jīng)驗(yàn)的科研人員申請(qǐng)。原則上，副研究員應(yīng)具有博士后工作經(jīng)歷，且取得一定研究成績(jī)。特別優(yōu)秀者可放寬條件。

三、薪酬福利與其他待遇

About the Shenzhen Bay Laboratory (SZBL)

Shenzhen Bay Laboratory is a newly established Guangdong Provincial Laboratory located in the heart of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macau Greater Bay Area and financially supported by the Shenzhen City with an initial five-year budget of 13 billion CNY (~2 billion US$). The Laboratory hosts well-established research programs in bioinformatics, biomedical engineering, drug development, structural biology, neuroscience, cancer biology, biochemistry, and molecular biology.

About the institute of infectious Diseases of SZBL

The Institute of Infectious Diseases was established in August 2020. The mission of the institute is to promote understanding of the molecular mechanisms by which microbial pathogens cause human infectious diseases, and to develop new therapeutics, vaccines, diagnostics and novel technology to control the infection and transmission of microbial pathogens in human. The institute will effectively unite basic and applied research to provide the novel solutions against major infectious diseases.

Whom we’re looking for

For this specific call, the Institute of Infectious Diseases of SZBL invites applications for faculty positions at junior and senior levels. We are particularly interested in recruiting new faculty members with a track record and interest in coronavirus, influenza virus, other respiratory viruses, arboviruses, Mycobacterium tuberculosis, other important emerging or re-emerging human pathogens, although exceptional candidates in other disciplines will be considered.

Applicants should have a Ph.D. or M.D. Postdoctoral experience with more than 3 years is required for a senior position. Applications for senior positions are also expected to have a demonstrated publication, funding record or industry/clinical experience indicative of a leading scientist.

What is offered

Successful PI candidates will receive an internationally competitive startup package (~US$1-2 million in startup funds, more than 150 m2 lab space, ~US$100,000 salary/year, other awards/bonuses according to the Shenzhen local policy).
