一、實(shí)驗(yàn)室簡(jiǎn)介 Introduction to SZBL

深圳灣實(shí)驗(yàn)室（生命信息與生物醫(yī)藥廣東省實(shí)驗(yàn)室，以下簡(jiǎn)稱“實(shí)驗(yàn)室”）是廣東省、深圳市建設(shè)粵港澳國際科技創(chuàng)新中心和綜合性國家科學(xué)中心的重大戰(zhàn)略部署，是深圳建設(shè)中國特色社會(huì)主義先行示范區(qū)行動(dòng)中，全力支持的重大創(chuàng)新載體。實(shí)驗(yàn)室永久場(chǎng)地位于光明科學(xué)城，規(guī)劃總建筑面積40萬平方米。

實(shí)驗(yàn)室面向世界科技前沿和人民生命健康，緊緊圍繞國家戰(zhàn)略布局，以協(xié)同攻克生命健康重大科學(xué)難題為導(dǎo)向，以腫瘤、代謝與心血管、神經(jīng)退行性、傳染性等重大疾病的預(yù)防、診斷和治療為焦點(diǎn)，以IT+BT融合及多學(xué)科交叉為特色，開展疾病機(jī)理、生命信息、創(chuàng)新藥物、醫(yī)學(xué)成像等領(lǐng)域研究。

Shenzhen Bay Laboratory, hereinafter referred to as SZBL, is a newly established Guangdong Provincial Laboratory. Located in the heart of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macau Greater Bay Area, SZBL aspires to be a world-class research institution and intellectual destination dedicated to understanding the fundamental biology underlying health and diseases.

The overarching aim of SZBL is to provide comprehensive and whole-of-life approaches to disease prevention and intervention with bio-inspired technology to explore bioinformatics, biomedicine and medical imaging. Key focuses of research include cancer, cardiovascular and metabolic diseases, neurological and psychiatric disorders, and infectious diseases.

二、招聘對(duì)象 Positions and Qualifications

海內(nèi)外知名院校及科研機(jī)構(gòu)中，從事生命科學(xué)前沿研究的各層次人才。崗位包括資深研究員（tenured），特聘研究員（預(yù)聘，tenure-track）。

【資深研究員】：具有博士學(xué)位，應(yīng)在海內(nèi)外知名高校、科研院所擔(dān)任長(zhǎng)聘副教授、教授或相當(dāng)職務(wù)；在其研究領(lǐng)域受到國內(nèi)外同行的普遍認(rèn)可，且有出色的研究成果和論文發(fā)表等。

【特聘研究員】：具有博士學(xué)位和博士后研究經(jīng)歷，有優(yōu)秀的業(yè)績(jī)記錄，學(xué)術(shù)水平和資歷應(yīng)達(dá)到擔(dān)任海內(nèi)外知名高校助理教授或副教授職務(wù)的相應(yīng)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，在其過往研究經(jīng)歷和未來研究計(jì)劃中展現(xiàn)了創(chuàng)新性的研究能力；首聘期5-6年，后通過評(píng)估決定是否獲得長(zhǎng)聘崗位（tenured）。

本次全球?qū)W術(shù)人才招聘主要涉及以下研究所/中心和研究領(lǐng)域。

腫瘤研究所：以“臨床導(dǎo)向、轉(zhuǎn)化優(yōu)先、技術(shù)驅(qū)動(dòng)、理論創(chuàng)新”為宗旨，建設(shè)涵蓋以下重點(diǎn)研究方向：腫瘤免疫基礎(chǔ)研究，如腫瘤微環(huán)境及細(xì)胞間相互作用等；癌細(xì)胞內(nèi)外的信號(hào)通路、調(diào)控；腫瘤生物學(xué)基礎(chǔ)理論創(chuàng)新；腫瘤相關(guān)的技術(shù)開發(fā)和應(yīng)用，如單細(xì)胞技術(shù)、無創(chuàng)早檢等；腫瘤精準(zhǔn)治療的"first-in-class"候選藥物開發(fā)。

神經(jīng)疾病研究所：建成以研究與治療重大神經(jīng)疾病為目標(biāo)的世界一流研究機(jī)構(gòu)，重點(diǎn)攻克老年癡呆癥、自閉癥、 抑郁癥、睡眠障礙等神經(jīng)疾病機(jī)制, 聯(lián)合分子生物學(xué)、合成化學(xué)、藥物化學(xué)、計(jì)算和生物信息學(xué)、生物醫(yī)學(xué)工程等多領(lǐng)域科學(xué)家協(xié)同攻關(guān)，研發(fā)用于治療老年癡呆癥等重大神經(jīng)疾病的方法和藥物。

傳染病研究所：關(guān)注呼吸道（冠狀病毒、流感病毒、結(jié)核）及蟲媒傳染�。ǖ歉餆�、寨卡熱、病毒性腦炎）的相關(guān)研究，聚焦傳染病基礎(chǔ)研究、抗感染免疫研究、抗感染藥物疫苗研發(fā)、新發(fā)突發(fā)傳染病診斷及傳染病流行病學(xué)研究五個(gè)方面，形成基于傳染病及公共健康研究的生物安全研發(fā)體系。

代謝與心血管研究所：發(fā)展新的手段理解，預(yù)防與治療心血管疾病、糖尿病及代謝相關(guān)疾病。

系統(tǒng)與物理生物學(xué)研究所：從物理角度出發(fā)，以數(shù)據(jù)分析作為輔助，基于結(jié)構(gòu)和動(dòng)力學(xué)性質(zhì)，構(gòu)建生物體系分子層面的理解。涉及領(lǐng)域包括系統(tǒng)與信息生物學(xué)，物理生物學(xué)，理論與計(jì)算生物學(xué)，力學(xué)生物學(xué)，大數(shù)據(jù)以及人工智能。

分子生理學(xué)研究所：集中研究分子生物學(xué)和生理過程的分子基礎(chǔ)，使用分子生物學(xué)產(chǎn)生的概念和技術(shù)推動(dòng)生理學(xué)研究。分子生理學(xué)研究所的重點(diǎn)研究方向包括：（1）分子生物學(xué)基本原理如基因表達(dá)調(diào)控的動(dòng)態(tài)過程及功能、DNA 損傷修復(fù)機(jī)制等；（2）分子生物學(xué)技術(shù)如基因編輯、分子動(dòng)態(tài)標(biāo)記、基因治療等； （3）基本的生理學(xué)如傳染病感染機(jī)制、神經(jīng)免疫調(diào)節(jié)、睡眠機(jī)理等。

化學(xué)生物學(xué)研究所：發(fā)展化學(xué)生物學(xué)新型技術(shù)，開展糖生物學(xué)，合成化學(xué)和生物學(xué)，化學(xué)基因組學(xué)、蛋白質(zhì)組學(xué)和復(fù)雜天然產(chǎn)物等化學(xué)生物學(xué)重要領(lǐng)域的研究，利用化學(xué)生物學(xué)手段研究重大疾病相關(guān)分子機(jī)制與調(diào)控，開發(fā)創(chuàng)新藥物。

生物醫(yī)學(xué)工程研究所：開展產(chǎn)學(xué)研醫(yī)用創(chuàng)新轉(zhuǎn)化研究，建設(shè)精準(zhǔn)醫(yī)學(xué)影像大設(shè)施。涉及領(lǐng)域包括醫(yī)學(xué)影像科學(xué)與技術(shù)，視覺科學(xué)與技術(shù)，智能醫(yī)療器械與儀器，計(jì)算醫(yī)學(xué)與健康信息學(xué)。

醫(yī)藥健康技術(shù)與工程研究所：重點(diǎn)研究領(lǐng)域包括（1）新材料：新型納米診斷試劑研發(fā)、仿生生物材料的設(shè)計(jì)與制備；（2）疫苗工程；（3）新藥物：靶向抗癌藥物、抗體藥物、抗艾滋病藥物；（4）生物工程：干細(xì)胞技術(shù)、生物催化與轉(zhuǎn)化、生物育種及高通量篩選技術(shù)與裝備、生物傳感、合成生物學(xué)與代謝工程；（5）新藥管理及商業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)化。

粵港澳生物醫(yī)學(xué)創(chuàng)新中心：采用多種研究手段，如生物化學(xué)、細(xì)胞生物學(xué)、分子生物學(xué)、生物物理學(xué)、遺傳學(xué)、生物信息學(xué)和影像學(xué)技術(shù)等，進(jìn)行生命健康領(lǐng)域的基礎(chǔ)研究，重點(diǎn)研究方向有神經(jīng)結(jié)構(gòu)生物學(xué)、分子免疫學(xué)、干細(xì)胞調(diào)控及功能研究、定量合成生物學(xué)與活體生物材料設(shè)計(jì)及應(yīng)用等。

Principal Investigator positions at ranks of Junior Principal Investigator (Junior PI, Tenure-track Assistant Professor level) and Senior Principal Investigator (Senior PI, Tenured Professor level) are open now. 

Doctorate and Postdoctoral experience are required for a junior Principal Investigator position. The applicants at this rank should be young talented researchers who show productive and creative mind revealed by his or her research record and research plan. The first employment term is five years with a one-year extension if needed. Based on the final appraisal result, the assessment committee will decide whether a tenured position should be awarded to the Junior PI or not.

Applicants for Senior Principal Investigator should possess a tenured associate professor or professor position or equivalent position at other institutions. The applicants at this rank are expected to be distinguished researchers with international recognition and an extraordinary track record in publications and research funding.

We particularly welcome outstanding applicants whose research is related to the fields of cancer research, neurological and psychiatric disorders, cardiovascular and metabolic diseases, infectious diseases, systems and information biology, physical biology, mechanobiology, big data and AI, molecular biology, physiology, chemical biology, medical imaging, drug discovery, vaccine, biomimetic nanomaterials, neurostructural biology,  molecular immunology, stem cell, quantitative synthetic biology, and bioactive materials.

三、崗位職責(zé) Job Responsibilities

1.遵循實(shí)驗(yàn)室以及各研究所/中心的基本目標(biāo)和發(fā)展規(guī)劃，獨(dú)立領(lǐng)導(dǎo)課題組開展創(chuàng)新性科學(xué)研究工作；

2.獨(dú)立申請(qǐng)各項(xiàng)科學(xué)研究項(xiàng)目和基金；

3.管理課題組，培養(yǎng)研究生，指導(dǎo)課題組副研究員、博士后、研究助理、技術(shù)員等的科研工作；

4.積極參與實(shí)驗(yàn)室相關(guān)活動(dòng)，包括學(xué)術(shù)會(huì)議、人才招聘和對(duì)外交流合作等內(nèi)外部服務(wù)和事務(wù)。

1.Leading a research group and conducting independent and creative scientific research in line with the general mission and strategic plan of SZBL;

2.Writing proposals to apply for various internal and external (including national and regional) research projects and grants；

3.Managing a lab, guiding and supervising graduates and other group members;

4.Providing professional and public service to SZBL, including but not limited to academic conferences, talent recruitment and cooperation with other institutions and firms.

Qualified candidates will receive an internationally competitive salary, sufficient start-up funds, lab space, office space and state-of-the-art core facilities. Assistance will be provided in applying for national and regional talent awards and subsides. Other benefits provided by SZBL include insurance and housing fund, supplementary medical insurance, annual physical examination, paid annual leave, public rental housing, and children’s education. For international staff, we also help them to apply for work permit, residence permit and foreign tax preference.
