中美國際學(xué)院（簡稱中美學(xué)院，英文：College of Global Talents，簡稱CGT）是北京理工大學(xué)珠海學(xué)院于2016年10月成立的一所專注于同美國一流大學(xué)合作、實施高等學(xué)歷教育的學(xué)院，也是北京理工大學(xué)珠海學(xué)院實施國際化戰(zhàn)略的領(lǐng)頭羊和主要踐行者，學(xué)院實行全英文教學(xué)。

The College of Global Talents (CGT), a specialized undergraduate college within Beijing Institute of Technology, Zhuhai campus nearby Macau, was established in 2016 and is now serving approximately 900 students.

The Student Academic Planning Service (SAPS) Office is looking for Admin Assistant to provide administrative support in ensuring efficient operation.

Job duties including but not limited to …
•      Assist in building the Student Passport (individualized student database)
•      Maintain and update the Student Passport
•      Assist in the reviewing and analyzing of special reports, summarizing information, and identifying trends
•      Assist in coordinating Academic Advisors’ appointments with students
•      Organize and schedule meetings and take detailed minutes
•      Organize and schedule workshops within SAPS service scopes
•      Assist in the handling of multiple SAPS projects and initiatives
•      Provide general administrative support to the Associate Dean (Academic Internal Affairs)
Qualified candidates should have …
•      A master’s degree, preferably with overseas educational background or a bachelor degree with at least 3 years’ administrative or relevant experience, preferably in the tertiary education sector
•      Strong prioritizing and multi-tasking skills to work independently within deadlines
•      Strong interpersonal, communication, and task-management skills;
•      A good command of written and spoken language skills in both English and Chinese;
•      Strong knowledge of computer tools and mobile apps (MS Word, MS Excel, Sakai, Office 360, Wenjuanxin, just to name a few)
ZHUHAI
Zhuhai is a tropical and ecological city in China situated along the coastline of the Pearl River Delta in the Greater Bay area (to learn more: http://www.cityofzhuhai.com/index.html). The city is within a 1 – 2.5 hours traveling distance, by ferry or car, to many additional scenic attractions and major cities including Hong Kong, Guangzhou, Macau, and Shenzhen.

為學(xué)生的學(xué)業(yè)規(guī)劃、出國學(xué)習(xí)提供有針對性的建議與輔導(dǎo)。同時，學(xué)院會從各專業(yè)領(lǐng)域任課教師中任命一批學(xué)業(yè)輔導(dǎo)員（Academic Advisor）和合作大學(xué)協(xié)調(diào)員（Partner University Programs Coordinator），分別支持學(xué)生學(xué)業(yè)規(guī)劃服務(wù)辦公室開展學(xué)生學(xué)業(yè)規(guī)劃和出國學(xué)習(xí)輔導(dǎo)。

工作職責(zé)包括但不僅限于：
•      協(xié)助建立“學(xué)生護(hù)照“ （個性化的學(xué)生數(shù)據(jù)庫） 
•      負(fù)責(zé)維護(hù)和更新“學(xué)生護(hù)照“ 
•      協(xié)助審核、分析專項報告，匯總信息并判斷趨勢 
•      協(xié)調(diào)學(xué)業(yè)輔導(dǎo)員（Academic Advisor）與學(xué)生的預(yù)約安排 
•      組織和安排會議，并做詳細(xì)的會議記錄 
•      在SAPS部門所負(fù)責(zé)的業(yè)務(wù)范圍內(nèi)組織和安排研討會 
•      協(xié)助處理多個SAPS的項目和計劃 
•      為副院長(學(xué)術(shù)內(nèi)務(wù))提供常規(guī)行政支持 
崗位要求：
•      較強(qiáng)的多任務(wù)統(tǒng)籌管理能力，可獨立完成工作并有強(qiáng)烈的時間觀念 
•      良好的人際交往能力和計劃組織協(xié)調(diào)能力 
•      具備良好的中英文書寫及表達(dá)能力 
•      能夠熟練運用各類計算機(jī)和手機(jī)辦公軟件（比如：Microsoft office；Sakai；問卷星等）
優(yōu)選條件：
•      有海外留學(xué)背景
