Position Description
The incumbent will be responsible for assisting finance manager in managing, processing and troubleshooting various accounts and transactions and supporting our day-to-day transactions.
Duties and Responsibilities
·Process reimbursement and payment request timely and accurately;
·Help oversee and manage individual accounts;
·Assist finance manager in preparing financial reports on a regular basis;
·Help oversee and manage the operation of GTIIT foundation;
·Maintain financial archives;
·Assist on other financial matters when necessary.
Required Job Specifications
·Required qualification: Bachelor degree or above majoring in accounting and/or finance in an internationally recognized university/program;
·Work experience: More than 2 years working experience in accounting or in finance related filed.
Required Job Competencies
·Language skills: fluent in Chinese and English;
·Organized and responsible candidates are preferred.
