About SCUPI 學(xué)院簡介

四川大學(xué)匹茲堡學(xué)院是四川大學(xué)與美國匹茲堡大學(xué)合作成立的中外聯(lián)合學(xué)院，是兩所享有國際聲譽(yù)的中美名校強(qiáng)強(qiáng)聯(lián)合進(jìn)行國際化辦學(xué)的新模式，是教育部正式批準(zhǔn)的中美大學(xué)合作機(jī)構(gòu)層次的五所學(xué)院之一。學(xué)院于2011年開始籌建，2014年2月正式獲得教育部批準(zhǔn)，2015年9月招收第一批新生。學(xué)院設(shè)置了工業(yè)工程（國際合作）、機(jī)械設(shè)計(jì)制造及其自動化（國際合作）、材料科學(xué)與工程（國際合作）三個(gè)專業(yè)，引入國際一流大學(xué)的辦學(xué)理念、課程體系、師資力量及優(yōu)質(zhì)教育資源，融合兩校的學(xué)術(shù)及教育優(yōu)勢，采用全英語授課方式，鼓勵(lì)創(chuàng)新性學(xué)習(xí)、開放式討論、獨(dú)立性思維，提升學(xué)生的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力、團(tuán)隊(duì)合作和創(chuàng)新思維能力，致力于培養(yǎng)具有寬廣國際化視野、知識基礎(chǔ)與創(chuàng)新能力并強(qiáng)、適應(yīng)國際化競爭環(huán)境的工科人才與社會精英。

行政管理

Position Description 崗位描述：

The General Administrator will assist the Party Branch Secretary in handling Party affairs, including drafting official documents such as work plan and report, organizing and implementing Party branch meeting and activities, and  other daily Party affairs. Meanwhile, the General Administrator is responsible for the publicity activities of the Institute.

Duties and Responsibilities 主要職責(zé)：

● Draft, edit and revise content for Party documents, Institute news, annual report, evaluation report, etc.

負(fù)責(zé)黨務(wù)文件、宣傳稿件、年度總結(jié)、評估報(bào)告及其他文字撰寫、修改；

● Assist with the planning and execution of Party branch activities

參與學(xué)院黨支部各項(xiàng)活動的計(jì)劃制定和具體安排；

● Responsible for the Party membership management and other daily Party affairs

負(fù)責(zé)學(xué)院黨員發(fā)展、黨員組織關(guān)系管理，協(xié)助黨費(fèi)收繳管理等日常黨務(wù)工作；

● Responsible for ideological and political work, including publicity, education, planning and execution

負(fù)責(zé)各項(xiàng)思想政治工作包括各類宣傳、教育、計(jì)劃的制定和實(shí)施；

● Responsible for the updating and maintenance of Institute-managed website and social platforms, planning publicity activities, contacting suppliers to design and order Institute apparel and gifts, etc;

負(fù)責(zé)學(xué)院各宣傳平臺的更新維護(hù)、策劃宣傳活動、聯(lián)絡(luò)供應(yīng)商制作學(xué)院周邊產(chǎn)品等；

● Other duties as assigned

完成學(xué)院交辦的其他工作

Qualifications 招聘條件：

● CPC member with a strong sense of political consciousness

中共黨員，具有較高政治覺悟；

● Master degree or above in Journalism, Chinese Language and Literature, Political Science or other related fields are preferred. Relevant working experience is a plus.

碩士研究生及以上學(xué)歷，新聞、中文、思想政治相關(guān)專業(yè)優(yōu)先。有工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先；

● Knowledgeable in official document writing, political theory and Microsoft Office. Skills in graphic design and multimedia software is a plus.

具有較強(qiáng)的文字表達(dá)能力，有一定的政治理論水平，熟練使用辦公軟件。熟練掌握設(shè)計(jì)類或多媒體軟件者優(yōu)先；

● Good command of spoken and written English

英語熟練，具備英語交流、工作能力；

● Good work ethic and a strong sense of responsibility

作風(fēng)正派、工作認(rèn)真、責(zé)任心強(qiáng)。
