3.溫肯在職員工:

溫肯在職員工申請轉(zhuǎn)崗的,校齡須滿一年,并請?zhí)顚戅D(zhuǎn)崗申請表,征得部門負責(zé)人及分管校領(lǐng)導(dǎo)同意后提交至人力資源部。在職員工申請轉(zhuǎn)崗的不需要再參加筆試,但需要與校外應(yīng)聘者一同參加面試。

四、資格審查

1.應(yīng)聘者須于2021731日前取得相應(yīng)的學(xué)歷學(xué)位證書;畢業(yè)于國(境)外高校的,還須取得國外學(xué)位和教育部留學(xué)服務(wù)中心出具的學(xué)歷學(xué)位認(rèn)證書。

2.工作年限計算時間截止到2021530日。在報名系統(tǒng)填寫最近一段在職工作經(jīng)歷時,結(jié)束時間選擇2021530日。

3.應(yīng)聘者所學(xué)專業(yè)名稱與招聘崗位要求不一致,但所學(xué)方向相同相近的,由我校參考高校學(xué)科、專業(yè)設(shè)置目錄自主認(rèn)定是否符合要求。

4.全日制學(xué)習(xí)期間所有的工作、實習(xí)、兼職、項目管理等經(jīng)驗均不算作工作經(jīng)驗。

5.資格初審和資格復(fù)審。

1)資格初審將在報名截止后根據(jù)崗位要求統(tǒng)一進行線上審核。

2)資格復(fù)審時間將會另行通知,應(yīng)聘者須在指定時間接受資格復(fù)審。資格復(fù)審時,出現(xiàn)以下任一情況均視為應(yīng)聘者自動放棄應(yīng)聘資格:a.無法提供要求的所有材料;b.提供的材料中顯示與報考資格條件不相符;c.未在規(guī)定時間內(nèi)完成資格復(fù)審。

6.應(yīng)聘者在報名時提交的信息和在資格審查中提交的材料應(yīng)當(dāng)真實、準(zhǔn)確、有效。凡提供虛假信息和材料獲取報考及聘用資格或有意隱瞞本人真實情況的,一經(jīng)查實,立即取消報考資格或聘用資格。應(yīng)聘者須對本人所提交的錯誤信息造成的后果負責(zé)。

五、考核和體檢

1.本次招聘根據(jù)不同崗位情況制定相應(yīng)的考核計劃,不指定任何考核范圍、考試復(fù)習(xí)用書。本次招聘不設(shè)最低開考比例。應(yīng)聘者缺席任一考核環(huán)節(jié)將被視為自動放棄應(yīng)聘資格。

2.具體考試安排會以郵件的形式通知,請務(wù)必確保報名時填寫的郵件地址準(zhǔn)確無誤。

3.體檢參照公務(wù)員體檢標(biāo)準(zhǔn)執(zhí)行。

3.WKU Staff:

If WKU staff who have been working in WKU over 1 year would like to transfer the position, please fill the POSITION-TRANSFER Application Form , and submit to Human Resources Office after approved by head of your current department and leadership. WKU staff only attend the interview together with the external applicants.

 

Part3 Closing Date

Application deadline is 30th May, 2021.

 

Part 4 Qualification Review

1.All applicants shall obtain the degree before 31st July, 2021; overseas graduates shall be required to obtain the diploma and its authentication before 31st July, 2021.

2.The deadline of the calculation of working years is 30th May, 2021. If you are on the job, please be aware that the last day of the current working experience should be 30th May, 2021 when filling in the application system.

3.If the name of the applicant’s major is inconsistent with the requirements of the recruitment position, but the field of study is the same or similar, the University will independently determine whether it meets the requirements with reference to the catalog of disciplines and majors in colleges and universities.

4.All work, such as part-time jobs, program management experiences, internships and so on happens during full-time study are not considered as working experiences.

5.Qualification review

(1) Preliminary qualification will be conducted online according to the requirements of the position after the application deadline.

(2) Second-round qualification review will be noticed separately. Applicants who meet any conditions listed will be deems to give up the application automatically: a. Provide incomplete documents; b. Provide documents that did not meet the qualification requirement for the position; c. Fail to participate in the qualification review on time.

6.Please be aware that all the application information and materials shall guarantee their reality, accuracy and validity. Disqualification shall be given to those who have been verified to provide false information, cheating or concealing. Applicants should be responsible for the consequences caused by any wrong information submitted by applicants.

 

Part 5 Recruitment Evaluation and Physical Exam

1.Corresponding recruitment evaluation schemes will be drew up since different positions have their features. There are not any textbooks or examination ranges can be specified. This recruitment does not set the minimum exam-opening ratio. Absence of any part of recruitment assessment shall be deemed to have automatically given up their qualifications.

2.Detailed information of recruitment assessment will be announced separately by email. Please ensure you provide e-mail address correctly.

3.The physical exam standard is in accordance with civil servants.
