廣州再生醫(yī)學(xué)與健康廣東省實(shí)驗(yàn)室(GRMH-GDL)聚焦于再生醫(yī)學(xué)前沿研究、組織器官重塑研究、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化與臨床前研究、再生應(yīng)用研究以及高端器械耗材研發(fā),藥物開發(fā)等方向。旨在實(shí)現(xiàn)“健康中國”戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo),滿足人類健康需求。GRMH-GDL提供優(yōu)異的生物醫(yī)學(xué)研發(fā)平臺,并為生物醫(yī)學(xué)和制藥行業(yè)提供孵化器功能,以支持當(dāng)?shù)亟?jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展以及國家戰(zhàn)略研發(fā)需求,F(xiàn)面向國內(nèi)外招聘副研、助研、研究助理。

一、崗位及要求

招聘下面三個(gè)方向的專業(yè)人才:

1、化學(xué)合成

1)碩士研究生及以上學(xué)歷,藥物合成、化學(xué)合成、有機(jī)化學(xué)等相關(guān)專業(yè)畢業(yè),具有寡核苷酸化學(xué)修飾和點(diǎn)擊化學(xué)經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先考慮;

2)具有扎實(shí)的有機(jī)合成理論基礎(chǔ),熟練掌握包括合成路線的設(shè)計(jì)、化合物的合成,分離和結(jié)構(gòu)解析等。

2、分子生物學(xué)

1)碩士研究生及以上學(xué)歷,細(xì)胞生物學(xué)、分子生物學(xué)等相關(guān)專業(yè)畢業(yè),具有藥物篩選優(yōu)先考慮;

2)具有扎實(shí)的分子生物學(xué)和細(xì)胞生物學(xué)的理論基礎(chǔ),熟練掌握分子生物學(xué)方面的實(shí)驗(yàn)技術(shù),包括、細(xì)胞培養(yǎng),引物設(shè)計(jì)、核酸提取、real-time PCR、ELISA、Western Blot、分子克隆、流式細(xì)胞和熒光顯微鏡等相關(guān)技術(shù)。

3、藥物制劑

1)碩士研究生及以上學(xué)歷,具有藥劑學(xué)或者生物材料等相關(guān)專業(yè),有納米制劑經(jīng)驗(yàn)優(yōu)先;

2)熟悉制劑各輔料性質(zhì)、制劑制備工藝和制劑制備設(shè)備,以及藥劑參數(shù)各種檢測手段、技術(shù)和數(shù)據(jù)分析,生物 材料納米顆粒表征方法;

二、薪酬待遇

Job advertisement of Laboratory for Indications Discovery, Oxford-GDL Center

The Guangzhou Regenerative Medicine and Health Guangdong Laboratory (GRMH-GDL) is focused in research areas including stem cell and regenerative medicine, tissue and organ regeneration, standardization and preclinical research, regenerative application research, high-tech medical devices and consumables, drug development. Aimed to achieve the goal of "Healthy China" strategy and satisfy human health demands. GRMH-GDL provides excellent R&D platform in biomedicine and functions as an incubator for bioengineering and pharmaceutical industries to support local economic development as well as national strategic R&D programs.

Drug discovery and development is an expensive, time-consuming, and risky enterprise. Laboratory for Indications Discovery, which is incorporated in the Oxford-GDL Center has adopted drug repositioning as an alternative strategy in order to accelerate the drug development process with reduced risk of failure and relatively lower costs. This strategy involves exploration of drugs that have already been approved for treatment of other diseases and/or whose targets have already been discovered. Various techniques including data mining, bioinformatics, artificial intelligence and usage of novel screening platforms will be used for identification and screening of potential repositioning candidates. In addition, the laboratory also engages in the direct chemical modification of repositioned drug candidates as a method to improve their overall physiochemical properties and fitness for clinical development. Therapeutic indications of interest include oncology, musculoskeletal diseases, inflammation and pain.

Position and Required qualifications

Recruit talent in the following three directions:

Chemical synthesis

Master degree or above, graduated in Medicinal chemistry, chemical synthesis, organic chemistry and other related majors, those who have experience in oligonucleotide chemical modification and click chemistry are preferred;

Have a solid theoretical background in organic synthesis, and is good at synthetic route design, molecular synthesis, compound separation and purification, and chemical structure analysis.

Molecular biology

Master degree or above, graduated in cell biology, molecular biology and related majors with drug screening priority;

With a solid theoretical background of molecular biology and cell biology, proficient in experimental techniques including cell culture, primer design, nucleic acid extraction, real-time PCR, ELISA, Western Blot, cloning, flow cytometry, and fluorescence microscopy.

Formulation Chemist

Master degree or above, major in pharmaceutics or biomaterials, and experience in nanoparticle delivery/formulation is preferred;

Familiar with the properties of various excipients, formulation technology and formulation equipment, as well as various detection methods, technology and data analysis of pharmaceutical parameters, and methods for characterizing biological nanoparticle material;
