一、學院介紹

南京大學人工智能學院于2018年3月5日下文、5月20日掛牌，是我國C9高校中首個人工智能學院，致力于建設人工智能領域國際一流學術重鎮(zhèn)和拔尖創(chuàng)新人才培養(yǎng)基地。學院成立四年來取得了長足發(fā)展，建設了一支由世界級專家領銜、青年學者蓬勃成長、具有國際影響力的高水平教師隊伍，并在前沿科技研究、國家重大工程、產學研協(xié)同創(chuàng)新方面不斷取得重要進展。

二、招聘崗位設置

南京大學人工智能學院擬面向全球招聘有志于從事人工智能各主要研究方向的優(yōu)秀人才到學院工作。本次擬招聘崗位以準聘助理教授為主，崗位總數(shù)不超過3人。特別優(yōu)秀的候選人，也可應聘準聘副教授崗位。研究方向包括：

（1）人工智能基礎理論；

（2）人工智能模型算法；

（3）人工智能應用技術；

（4）人工智能系統(tǒng)平臺。

三、申請條件：

（1）遵守中華人民共和國法律和法規(guī)，熱愛教學科研事業(yè)；

（2）具有良好的師德師風，恪守學術道德，勤勉工作，無犯罪記錄，無違反師德師風和學術道德懲處記錄；

（3）一流的學術背景：具有國內外一流大學的人工智能、計算機科學與技術或其他相關學科的博士學位（準聘副教授崗位應聘者取得博士學位至申請截止日期應不少于兩年；準聘助理教授崗位應聘者博士學位應于2022年6月30日前取得），具有一流教學科研機構的學習、工作經驗，熟悉相關領域國際前沿的研究動態(tài)；

（4）出色的教學能力：應具有能夠勝任人工智能專業(yè)核心基礎課程和前沿課程的教學能力（應聘準聘副教授崗位應具有不少于60學時教學經歷)，掌握良好的教學方法，具有較強的語言表達能力；

（5）突出的科研成果顯示度與未來科研發(fā)展?jié)摿Γ簯�有相關研究方向的成果顯示度，對相關研究領域有原創(chuàng)性觀點，未來研究計劃思路清晰，具有較好的學術潛力。

Tenure-Track/Tenured Faculty Openings

1. Department:

The School of Artificial Intelligence of Nanjing University was founded on May 20, 2018 and it is known as the first school of artificial intelligence among the C9 universities in China. It is committed to building a world-class academic center in the field of artificial intelligence and a top-notch training base for innovative talents. The school has achieved promising success since its establishment. The faculty members consist of world-class experts, senior researchers with impact on international research communities, and a group of rising young scholars. By the efforts made by every faculty members, the school is sailing in cutting-edge scientific and technological research, national major projects, and industry-university-research collaborative innovation.

2. Description of Openings

The positions are mainly for tenure-track assistant professor, and the total number of positions does not exceed three. Excellent candidates can also apply for tenure-track associate professor positions. Research interests include：(1) Basic theory of artificial intelligence；(2) Artificial intelligence model algorithm；(3) Artificial intelligence application technology；(4) Artificial intelligence system platform.

3. Qualifications

Applicants must have a PhD degree in artificial intelligence, computer science or a related area（Candidates for the tenure-track associate professor position must have held a PhD degree no less than two years before the application deadline; candidates for the tenure-track assistant professor positions should receive a PhD degree before June 30, 2022); Postdoctoral experience at world leading institutions will be a plus. A successful applicant will be expected to contribute to the department through research, teaching, and student mentorship. Therefore, a strong record of research publications and demonstration of teaching ability are also essential（Applicants for tenure-track associate professor position should have at least 60 class hours of teaching experience). We encourage applications from all ethnic and gender backgrounds.
