　　Overview

　　Responsibilities

　　Join Chris Sander’s group as a postdoc at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute’s cBio Center in Data Sciences or at Harvard Medical School. We are a dynamic group of scientists who aim to make scientific discoveries in basic biology and to help cure and prevent cancer. On computers, in the lab and in collaboration with clinicians. Work with us on:

　　• Perturbation biology and network pharmacology

　　• Machine learning (AI) of clinical records for cancer risk assessment and prevention

　　• Cancer anti-resistance combination therapy

　　• Protein evolutionary dynamics

　　• Functional genomics of a million human genomes

　　Join a highly interactive team of postdocs, graduate students and software engineers. Work on algorithms and computational analysis or on combination therapy in the wet lab. Collaborate with others and lead a project. Connect to the Ludwig Center at Harvard, the Department of Immunology and the Broad Institute. Hone your skills to contribute to basic and translational sciences.

　　Qualifications

　　You have a PhD or equivalent in biology, medicine, mathematics, computer science, physics, chemistry or engineering. You are excited about developing and applying computational biology algorithms and analyzing complex data. Your appointment will be in the Department of Data Sciences at Dana-Farber or the Department of Cell Biology at Harvard Medical School.
