南京大學(xué)商學(xué)院2022年度招聘準(zhǔn)聘長聘教師崗位人員公告

一、學(xué)院介紹

南京大學(xué)商學(xué)院是集經(jīng)濟(jì)與管理兩大學(xué)科為一體的綜合性學(xué)院�，F(xiàn)設(shè)經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)系、國際經(jīng)濟(jì)貿(mào)易系、金融與保險學(xué)系、產(chǎn)業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)系、工商管理系、會計學(xué)系、營銷與電子商務(wù)系、人力資源管理學(xué)系8個系以及人口研究所等研究機(jī)構(gòu)。

學(xué)院辦學(xué)歷史悠久，師資力量雄厚，本碩博人才培養(yǎng)體系完整，教學(xué)科研條件優(yōu)良，高水平成果豐碩，是國家理論經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)一流學(xué)科承建單位和經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)、國際貿(mào)易、工商管理、會計學(xué)和電子商務(wù)一流專業(yè)建設(shè)點，擁有本科專業(yè)11個，碩士點17個，一級學(xué)科博士學(xué)位授權(quán)點3個，博士后流動站3個，本科生和研究生規(guī)模全校第一。現(xiàn)有師資187人，其中人文資深教授2人，長江特聘教授7人，青年長江特聘教授3人。2013年獲得AACSB認(rèn)證。

學(xué)院堅持人才立院的發(fā)展理念，高度重視師資隊伍建設(shè)，是南京大學(xué)最早實施年薪制和準(zhǔn)聘長聘制的院系。

二、招聘崗位設(shè)置

南京大學(xué)商學(xué)院擬面向全球招聘有志于從經(jīng)濟(jì)與管理領(lǐng)域各主要研究方向的優(yōu)秀青年人才到學(xué)院工作。本次擬招聘準(zhǔn)聘助理教授、準(zhǔn)聘副教授崗位，崗位總數(shù)不超過8個，研究方向包括：

三、申請條件

4.出色的教學(xué)能力：應(yīng)具有能夠勝任本專業(yè)核心基礎(chǔ)課程和前沿課程的教學(xué)能力，掌握良好的教學(xué)方法，具有較強(qiáng)的語言表達(dá)能力；

5.突出的科研成果顯示度與未來科研發(fā)展?jié)摿Γ簯?yīng)有相關(guān)研究方向的成果顯示度，對相關(guān)研究領(lǐng)域有原創(chuàng)性觀點，未來研究計劃思路清晰，具有較好的學(xué)術(shù)潛力。

Tenure-Track/Tenured Faculty Openings

1. About the School

Nanjing University Business School (NJUBS) is a comprehensive business school consisting of two broad disciplines, namely economics and management. Currently, the school has eight departments: Economics, International Economics and Trade, Finance and Insurance, Industrial Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, Marketing and Electronic Commerce, and Human Resource Management. It also houses several research institutes, including the Population Research Institute.

NJUBS has a long history of business education, boasts an internationally renowned faculty, offers a comprehensive range of degree programs covering undergraduate, master's, doctoral and postdoctoral education, and provides first-class facilities and administrative support for teaching and scientific research. The school has earned numerous top-notch academic honors and recognitions in recent years. The discipline of Theoretical Economics at NJUBS has been selected as a National First-Class Discipline Construction Unit. The majors of Economics, International Trade, Business Administration, Accounting, and Electronic Commerce have been selected into the list of National First-Class Undergraduate Major Construction Sites. The School offers eleven undergraduate programs, seventeen master's degree programs, three doctoral degree programs, and three areas for post-doctoral studies. NJUBS boasts the largest undergraduate and postgraduate student body within Nanjing University. Currently, it has a total of 187 faculty members, including two Distinguished Professors of Arts, Humanities and Social Sciences, seven Chang Jiang Scholars, and three Chang Jiang Young Scholars. The school achieved the AACSB Accreditation in 2013.

NJUBS adheres to the philosophy that talents are the foundation of the school and places great importance on the development of its faculty body. It pioneers the implementation of the annual salary system and tenure-track system in Nanjing University.

2. Description of Openings

NJUBS invites applications to fill 8 open tenure-track positions (including tenure-track assistant professor and tenure-track associate professor ) in the disciplines of economics and management. The candidates are expected to teach and research in the following (but not limited to) areas:

3. Qualifications

(1) Compliance with the applicable laws and regulations and demonstration of enthusiasm toward teaching and research.

(2) Adherence to academic integrity and ethics, and no criminal record.

(3) A Ph.D. in Economics, Management or related disciplines. Postdoctoral experience at world-leading institutions is preferable.

(4) A successful applicant will be expected to strive for excellence in research, teaching, and student mentorship.

(5) A strong record of research publications and demonstration of teaching ability is also essential. Candidates with diverse backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
